Overall Eric provided very good places to stay at, he made the right choices when we asked for his opinion on two different stay options. He also had good insights on where to go and the driver was knowledgable as well in terms of how to reach the location, where to stop for food and how to handle traffic. When we had a situation where the stay was not as maintained and clean as expected, Eric quickly managed the situation to the best of his ability. Overall we enjoyed our trip. Only our driver did not speak English fluently and sometimes drove aggressively, too close to other cars and that made it stressful. But this was only occasionally the case.

Our trip was well handled by Robin of Comfort Destinations Private Limited from the get go. They prepared the itinerary based on our requirements and since we got there, everything was as per our expectations. We were met at the Airport by our driver Hashim. He was a great guide- fun and helpful. He was with us throughout on our 6-day trip. We covered Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppey. He helped us plan out our days with activities we wanted to do. We had a great time and highly recommend using Comfort Destinations as your travel agent. They do take care of your comfort and needs.

When I asked boat driver what is the cost for this boat ride, he didn't give any answer and went to discuss with the cab driver regarding the price. The Cab driver mentioned it is 5k for 4 people and it is speed boat and paid on our behalf for 1 hour and asked us to Gpay him later ( cab driver). Since the amount is 5k, we were expecting the boat ride to be exciting and were ok to go with ride. When the boat ride started it was boring and not exciting at all and it was a motor boat which was not at all going fast. We asked to return to the entry point as it was not worth 5k and didn't want to waste our time on this . Later we discussed with the cab driver how come it is 5k for this small motor boat but cab driver was arguing that he already paid 5k on our behalf and we need to pay him on the way to airport or else he won't drop us at the airport. Beware of scams from cab drivers in marine drive kochi.

before confirming the plan we asked the agent to hire new vehicle for trip. but he hired vehicle which is 10 yrs old . agent not stick with his word. they were asking the amount not as per discussed before the plan. he was asking before the committed time . and 2 places driver and hotels people's are asking money I am not sure the agent is not updated the payment details to respective driver or hotel person. These people are asking the money after the payment done with the agent. And trip was good . but hotel fares are high compared to the direct booking at hotel.

Overall Trip was great. We had a great family time in Kerala. But there were few bad moments which were really frustrating and annoying. 1. On day1 only when reached at Hotel Breeze Velly, around 8 am, rooms were not avaliable for check in. We waited for 2 hours which was too frustrating as we had 4 hrs long drive from Kochi Airport to Munnar. 2. Same happened on day3 at Thekkady. After a long day trip, when we reached at Hotel Periyar Nest, we waited for 1 hr and later it was told that our booking was at Periyar Medows. There was communication gap between booking agents and Hotels. And the information which was share with us was incorrect. 3. As I belong to Sikh family, My father and brother wear turban. We didn't have clear idea about Padmanabha Swamy Temple entry. Both were not given permission to visit the temple due to Turban. Could you please make note of this so that noone face such issue in future. We had great family time. Driver was very cooperative, humble and kind.

I had an amazing trip with my parents in Kerala. The assistance of the travel agent was really appreciated, the driver is also good. However, the driver's behaviour was little unprofessional which I explained to the agent; this is not a negative feedback, but a point which can be improved. The hotels and food were really good, had an enjoyable trip with beautiful memories.

The trip was great, we enjoyed a lot. The hotels, cab, driver, houseboat, everything was just excellent. The only thing lacking was the service in the hotels. It could be a Kerala thing but the service and buffet in all hotels was not at all satisfying.

Hi, My Kerela trip for 5 nights and 6 days was very well managed by Team Travel Triangle through their agents MM travels of Chandigarh. This was my first trip through Travel Triangle and for sure it won't be the last one. I would specially like to commend the role of MS Anita Shekhawat, who went out of her way to ensure that we had a pleasant experience during our travels. Her recommendations of locations, hotels really helped us plan this trip quickly. Overall, highly satisfied. For sure area of opportunities is always there. My advice to TT would be to scout for more properties at various locations and help the travellers by giving more options. All hotels ware very good, pariyar maedows was quite below expectations....there were no greenery and view from room....thekkedy was not that exciting as it was having paid rides everywhere. Else aranyaka resort was excellent and boat house service was very good.....swagath holiday resort was also at good location rooms were very beutiful Aranyaka resort stay and views exceptionally beutiful....

1. Agent given us the diver details at the last moment. Needed multiple reminder to do that plus Travel Triangle intervention 2. We asked for a English speaking driver. The driver though polite and friendly, knew little English 3. We asked for all 4 star accommodation including the boat house one. Except the Munnar Cloud casstle, rest were barely at the 4 star. God's own coumtry, (Kerala) have some meaning. Kerala sightseeing and boat house was an unique experience

Fast time i m going to Andaman Nicobar with my family and this time we r going to Kerala , Its a wonderful experience and I also recommend everyone go any where with Travel Triangle its a best option , And also it's a very reasonable for all

Travel Agents Kamayani & Vikas were very helpful. Cab Driver was very professional and he really made our Trip awesome. He coordinate very well with us as per our choices. Things to Improve/Suggestions: In Houseboat, we found very difficult to adjust 3 persons in a room. It should be informed beforehand.
