Splendid Krabi Tour Package From Delhi 7 Days & 6 Nights

Enjoyed the trip so far the places and hotels were quite good and laid our expectations but the team at Thailand service wasn't up to mark they didn't guide or gave us information about the activities they just manage the cab services 4 Islands and phiphi Islands

We recently visited Thailand( Krabi, Phuket and Bangkok) through Travel triangle and SPSV was our travel agent. It was a great, smooth, comfortable and well organized trip. We had a blast and they made sure that every thing was according to our will and customizations. Thanks a lot to Sudhir for helping us at every stage from planning till the last day of our trip! He was always available for guidance and have been patient throughout in answering all our queries. This is my third trip with Travel triangle.

As we have opted for a better package phiphi island tour should have been given by speedboat instead of a ferry which is meant for 500passengers...so we skipped it...apart from this everything was awesome. Ananta burin krabi waterpark ..we had lots of fun ..amazing ambience..n having a pool bar made it super awesome

With Indochine hotel, we were initially given room with totally blocked view. Upon asking for change, since no rooms were available and we were given a room change the following day causing unnecessary packing and change in room. During Phi Phi tour, longtail boat was selected by default making us pay more to select Island tours. During James Bond island visit, longtail boat was chosen by default which would ideally make us travel 1.5+ hrs to board the boat. On both days we ended up paying more to change the type of boat. These details should be make transparent and options should be selected based on travellers convenience and informed Canoeing under stalactites and later canoeing on our own

Overall experience was good & the Travel Agent delivered as he committed. All arrangements were done as per itenary. Everything went smoothly during the whole trip. Very good & memorable trip.

We enjoyed the trip very well, all are very systematically organized... All are as per itinerary... Best things of this agent was their support... They made a whatsup group for ground support and if u post any issue /query within a second we got the reply... Hotels are in best location.... So well done and keep going...

The very first day as soon as I went for check-in the hotel, staff told me that your booking has been cancelled and we don't have any room available too now to provide you on emergency basis. They even showed me the mail where the agent had asked to cancel my booking. For nearly three hours I waited in the hotel lobby while the hotel staff arranged us a room in their another branch. Luckily that was nearby. Kudos to the hotel for arranging and getting things in order. Luckily no other major mishaps happened but daily it was an issue of coordinating with the can driver. One day the driver arrived so late that we missed few shows in the Safari World Bangkok. I had asked for Honeymoon trip but no where hotels where informed about that. I had to check at the reception if they can do anything special and everywhere I got the response that they would have loved to do something if the agent would have informed them earlier. Overall my experience wasn't that great. Only thing great was that the package cost was less compared to the other vendors but the services can be much better. Tips : Travel triangle should mail the hotel staff in advance to do anything special if requested by customer. Travel triangle should double check the booking and not depend on the "local team" always. Travel triangle should have better coordination with the transport team

Overall experience was good. It was a challenging day in Phuket on city tour day. It was not worth it, guide was not able to manage the time and day well and did not took us to the points listed on our itery. It was a waste day there. Memory : phi phi island and chhao phraya was very good. Tip: never go for SIC based cab. It’s comfortable to visit island on cruise instead of long tale boat in hot summer.

Disclaimer: This review is solely based on our experience as a group of 8 people who travelled to Thailand (Phuket-Krabi-Bangkok) in March,2023. Nothing mentioned below is personal. We had a pathetic experience with the travel agency – NAVIGATIO ASIA, because of the following pointers: • The person coordinating was rude to us from the moment after we made the payment. Since we were a group of 8, in case two of us asked any questions – he became angry saying I am coordinating with multiple groups simultaneously so I am not entitled to reply to everyone. While this might seem fair, but the approach with which he dealt to our queries were quite rude – with negative connotation used almost always. • No details of the drivers were shared to us (not even taxi number) who came for our pickup. Every time we had to follow up on where we should stand, where should we wait and it became unnecessarily chaotic. I’ll give an example – We had booked for “private cab” from Phuket to Krabi. The pickup time was 10 am. One of us came to the reception (while others were in breakfast lobby) at around 9:50 am to enquire if any cab was waiting for us. There were none. Two of us came to the lobby before 10 am and slowly all of us joined. We were standing there till 10:20 am waiting for the cab. Since the cab didn’t come, I called the agent asking if he could help us with the pickup. His immediate reaction was “Why are you informing me 20 mins later? Why couldn’t you call me at 10 am sharp?” I was shocked, because his response was anything but empathetic – he didn’t ask whether we checked with the receptionist, where were we standing, what were we wearing or anything. After enquiring, he said that since it was a “private pickup” the cab left. Now tell me guys, how can a “private” pickup leave us and go without asking for us? How did the taxi driver enquire for us, without even asking at the reception let alone coming to the breakfast area? While we saw other cab drivers taking the pain, coming to the breakfast area with placard or shouting the name of the person asking if (s)he was present; throughout our trips we were never called by our names/nor were we greeted with any placards (except airport pickup). Coming back to the story, that day we had to wait for 10-15 more mins when finally our taxi arrived, however our travel agent behaved with us as if he’s doing a favour to us by booking another cab. • One day in Krabi, we were supposed to go for 4 island tour. 6 out of 8 of us feel a little ill & didn’t want to exhaust themselves – while 2 of us wanted to join (since all of us had already paid for the tour). That day we were supposed to have a private pickup taxi & a private long tail boat. When I informed the agent, telling him about the issue (in all good faith, thinking he’ll help us with it) and requested the agent that 2 of us are ready to go for the tour if he could take our pickup at 9:15 am (instead of 9 am) – his first reaction was 2 of you can’t go in a private pickup so you’ll have to adjust in a shared pickup & shared boat. We didn’t say anything and accepted it. 10 minutes after he calls again, saying that all the boats have left for today & there are no available boats (complete lie, because boats leave even in afternoon, not just morning) and told that I can’t accommodate you in any long tail/speed boat. Instead, I can arrange a complimentary long tail boat for 1 of the other beaches (which is significantly cheaper than what we had booked earlier). I requested again, if we could be accommodated (remember guys, we were just 15 minutes late to our committed time) to which he didn’t agree and finally we had to compromise for only 1 beach. • We had specifically told in our tour package that we had booked that we want to cover 2 temples – Marble Buddha & Mini Reclining. However, he removed mini reclining (of course because the ticket price was more) & included Golden Buddha instead. We didn’t argue this time, because it was our 2nd last day of tour and we were already very frustrated with our experience. Despite writing in WhatsApp message (in group) and sending reminder, he removed Mini reclining from the itinerary. • Two of our friends stayed back in Thailand for 3-4 days more. They had extended the package (paid more premium for better hotels) through the same agency. Now, before the day they took their flight – they had requested the travel agent to send an “SUV” and not a sedan because they had too much luggage. They even reminded him on the very day. As expected, he sent a Sedan and not an SUV. After talking to him, his justification was – “An SUV costs 1000 THB more than Sedan”. Now, I’ll give you certain facts – since all of us (8 in our group) returned by different flights at different times we opted out from the “8-seater SUV” pickup service to airport. The refund amount for “8-10 seater SUV” by the same travel agent was only 700 THB (we didn’t argue). However, when 2 of us requested (by paying additional) for an SUV, he sited this point. I write all of this, with utmost pain & frustration & have nothing against anyone in person – that’s why I haven’t mentioned the name of the person who was handling us. Please understand, that many of us go for foreign travels maybe once in few years to enjoy our vacation & book through travel agents to skip the hassle of dealing with every bookings individually. However, this experience was not at all hassle free – it seemed like a fight every single day where we had to stay alert for our pickups, even if we were in the reception, we feared that the agent might blame it on us for no show! The drivers who came for the pickup were very kind & empathetic – much more than the travel agency. The hotels we picked (remember we selected the hotels) through our agents were good & had very nice swimming pools & facilities. To those who book – please ask for the “National Park Fees” which is not included in your package & you are charged 300 THB/200 THB later per person. That time, you don’t have any choice but to pay it, since it’s the govt. tax you are paying – it is better if it is informed to you before you make the booking. We, as a group also found the agent should have given us small tips – like not to sit in the speedboat in the front (because if there’s high tide/waves it will break your back) which could have made the trip a little more hassle free. I Planned to travel to Thailand for the first time from Dubai without any travel experience to the country. Clipago made my travel plan easy by suggesting places to visit and they have put all the efforts to make my travel easy. They were very supportive throughout my travel and will like to book next holiday package with them soon. I have travelled to Thailand for two weeks and Mr.Singh from clipago was always there for any kind of support I needed during the trip.

Overall trip was enjoying. Taroon and Tushar from Novagatio made sure everything goes smoothly. Itinerary was followed with punctuality by all cab drivers. One issue faced was most of them did not understand English. We should have been provided English speaking guide.

Although the trip was very good, all the bookings and service of cab provided was very good by travel triangle. Only thing which we don't the like was that one driver was very rude with us and we don't like the manner he talked to us.

For a couple on honeymoon in Thailand, Koh samui and nearby islands are must, Bangkok can be avoided though as it is too crowded and full of noise!! Travel triangle made sure that the trip was hassle free and the arrangements were good enough! Thanks

Thailand- September 2019 Our trip to Thailand was for a duration of 6 days. In order to plan for it, we thought of reaching out to Tripoholic. Gaurav, from their team was assigned to plan our itinerary for the trip. He was of great help from the very beginning. We were provided with a variety of options to choose from, based on our budget. This enabled us to get the best for the price we paid. Once we reached Thailand, everything, from the airport and resort transfers to the activities that were scheduled for us was arranged in an excellent manner. Gaurav was also always available over phone, making sure things were going well and to promptly respond to any of our queries or concerns. I would also like to give a special mention to our contact person in Thailand- Pum. She was very helpful in providing us all the information she had and also suggested us things to see and do in Thailand. Overall, we had a superb experience and would highly recommend Tripoholic and the Team.
