The best time to visit Kurfi is in Summer season during the months of April and June, as the weather is pleasant at the time, making it perfect for sightseeing. But if you like Winter, you can visit the place between the months of December to February to enjoy snowfall and skiing.

From Delhi one can take a flight to Kullu-Manali airport or Chandigarh airport and book a cab from the airport to Kufri.Popular airlines like Indigo, Spicejet, GoAir serves in this route.One can also take a train to the nearest railhead Shimla and take a one and a half hour of road journey from Shimla station to Kufri. There is no direct trains but trains such as Shatabdi express, Superfast mail etc serve in this route via Kalka. If you want to have a road journey enjoying nature, you can also drive to Kufri.The road journey will take around 8 hours via NH 5 or NH 44 to reach Kufri from Delhi.
