      Welcome to Manali for a sightseeing day

      On arrival, our representative will pick you up from the Volvo station and transfer to hotel. Upon reaching, you will sign into the hotel with all the mandatory formalities. In the afternoon, you will proceed for a half day trip of the city. The tour covers Hadimba Devi Temple, Hot Water Springs and Temple in Vashisht Village, Tibetan Monastery, , Van Vihar, Manali Market, and The Mall. After ending the trip, you will return back to the hotel for dinner and night stay.

      A day tour of Solang valley or Rohtang Pass

        A thrilling day at Rohtang Pass

        After a morning breakfast, you will get ready for a day trip to Solang Valley or Rohtang Pass (according to availability). Rohtang Pass, a mountain pass, is at the height of 3,978 meter above the sea level. It inter-links Manali with Spiti district and Lahaul. You will be mesmerized by the astounding beauty of magnificent mountains from the top of Rohtang pass. You can also enjoy horse riding, skiing and snow scooter riding for some extra cash.           After breakfast at the hotel, you will check out from the hotel and visit Kullu - Naggar castle for local sightseeing.               My Trip to Manali (from Delhi) was overall ok. 1. Ok because of the worst experience on Traveling by Volvo. I suggest not to choose the Volvo option. Though i have done the reservations 3 months back, I was given Back seats in Volvo in both onward and return. Never ever deal with the Volvo representative Manoj. He is the vendor for 1 point 5 billion. At Delhi pick up point he asked me to wait at the Church (ext to indian oil petrol bunk) and told me that the bus will come by that route. Later he changed it and asked us to come to that galli as Police will not allow the bus to stop over there. There was an other family as well had to walk down with baggage towards another pick up point. It was not a Volvo bus, it was a age old Benz bus. Very noise and no AC to maintain the temp. It was so cold outside and the same inside. Bus broke down on the way. when I asked Manoj about the Bus quality and no maintaining of AC, he says though its broke down it reached on time right?? Regd to temp inside, he acted like he doesnt know how Volvo buses maintain the temp inside. Return was a clean/good AC Volvo but again BACK seats. 2. I made my booking for an Innova with addl chanrge for it for the local trip. They have never provided me an Innova. a) Bus stop to Hotel- a TATA car. Not sure of the brand. Never seen on Bangalore roads b) 1st Day local site seeing a different car and the 1st one engaged with something else c) 2nd day local trip - Maruti Alto. It was too tight and a tough one d) 3rd day some other can kind of vehicle. Again never seen this car on Bangalore roads 3. Hotel (Tanglewood villa) -Good. Service was bit slow but i njoyed the stay in the hotel Location - Good, Cleanliness- Good, Food- Super, Balcony view- Excellent I dont think i should complain on Hotel/Stay. Representative Ansh Mehta was very responsive. My overall interaction with her - Excellent. If my Volvo exp would have been good, I would have rated Very Good over all.

              It was really a good tour. Thanks to travel triangle and tripsailorcom. And really appreciate Ankit from tripsailorcom for his support for organizing the trip. Only problem i faced was during my return from Manali to Delhi. The BUS of ANT Travels was really pathetic. No A/C , no curtains on bus and the bus got issue while we entered DELHI and failed to start so they dropped us before the destination at an unknown place from where we managed our own to reach home. I would recommend tripsailorcom not to consider ANT travels for their customers due to their poor service and pathetic condition.

              1. Babitha , you coordination was excellent starting from package booking to trip end. 2. Trip was awesome. 3. Shaina Mareema Cottage, we felt like we are at home. Food was super. Only thing was, we took the heater but it is not sufficient for the weather. There is a power cut during night time due to weather conditions[so there is no use of heater, due to power cut no hot water]. They have to take care of power (Alternate if there is a power cut). Suggestion from my end to both "Travel Triangle" and "Pan India" - Driver don't know the plan related to trip. I suggest please let the driver know the plan of complete. ex: From the pick up till drop , driver should know the daily plan of the complete trip. As per our experience, driver knows.. only these points: 1. Pick up form Delhi airport to drop at Delhi airport 2. Destination is Manali and Kullu. 3. He know few regular places in manali and kullu. 4. One good thing was , he was aware of traffic at solang valley, so he suggested us to go for Hampta Pass.

              the trip was not well arranged by the agent.there was a lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding about the hotel room booking. hotel in manali (mohan palace) was good but was totally different from that whose pics were shared with us. car driver was very good (satnam) that ensured good completiton of the trip. verbal promises given by the agent were totally denied on the last day of the trip. else delhi hotel (clink) was very good.food was also good.

              Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

              I had an incredible Manali-Kasol trip in June organized by TurnonVacation. Starting from Chandigarh in a comfortable sedan car, the journey was smooth and scenic.               Hotel in Manali (Lotus Inn River View) is awesum but hotel in Shimla is not at all good. Overall services are good by Walk Holiday. Driver is unprofessional he didn't know the places where he have to make us visit. Memories are good but we don't get to visit much more places as it is mentioned in the broucher.

              I had booked Shimla - Manaali six days tour with North India Tours & Travels. From the starting there were trouble with agency. I was asked to contact Mr. Neeraj Negi for driver details. I had followed him four times over phone but he didn't provide the proper details. I got three drivers number and had to call all of them to know who will pick me up from Chandigarh. Once driver was fixed, he asked me to leave from Chandigarh early (though I didn't want it) in the morning because he was in Chandigarh that evening and he wanted to return early. when I called Neeraj Negi to know if Hotel room will be available if I reach early, he was blunt and said will you check out early if you are checking in early. Taxi and hotel coordination was his job but I was doing it and he was playing boss role. while travelling to Shimla, taxi driver (Prakash) informed me that he is not from North India tour travel. Taxi driver on day one left without informing. raised the issue on Travel triangle whatsapp group but no help was offer either by travel triangle or Neeraj Negi. During the travel, I had four different drivers (Prakash, Sanjay, Ajay, Raju) and on each day I had to coordinate with these drivers. No professionalism at all. Although, I was informed that I will have single driver through out the tour. while returning from Manaali around 1 PM during the day we were passing through planes (Sundar Nagar, Bilaspur etc) and temperature was 37 deg C and dust outside. requested driver to switch on the AC but he hadn't. this is despite the fact that we were descending from hills or travelling in plane areas. This driver (Ajay) had to pick client from Chandigarh therefore he had asked us to start early from Manaali, which I agreed to. I had to skip the breakfast because of him but when we requested him to switch on the AC, he straight forward denied it. No support from North India tour travel . Only good thing in this trip was hotel in Manaali (Himalayan heights), which is newly built and well maintained. view from this hotel is quite good and it has apple orchard within it's boundary.

              Vary good experience and excellent service from traval triangle and adbhut bharat.I will definately plan my future trip with the same agent.Apart from some unusual events like our car got a puncture in start but after that all was good. Visiting monkey point in kasuli and sunset point,Shimla Mall road,kufri.chail palace,mata Kali ka tippa Overall scenic view were excellent in Shimla,chail, and Kasauli.
