              During my 10nights 11days tour I am satisfied except following 1.Hotel Khardongla at Leh is below standard hotel. Breakfast and dinner was below standard. 2. Your representative at Leh was Mr. Mustafa is a soft spoken person and professional. But in one incidence for which I am restrain to give him full marks. On the 2nd night my daughter fell sick. I was very much anxious. Even though I did, 't disturbed him in the night. Next morning when I rang him several times, he did not pick up phone and even not call back. However with the help of driver Mohsin I took her to hospital. In all other issues I am satisfied with you. Thanks

              Hotel vouchers were not provided and I was denied check in at two locations. Despite several request regarding the issues faced by previous traveller with Pangong, we were not provided with the hotel vouchers. And as expected camp in Pangong denied our check in. I was left stranded at 14000 feet height alongwith my senior citizen parents. ALso to add to my agony, when this was raised with travel triangle team, they didnt take any action. Also one of their senior partners had the audacity to say that I have travelled to Ladakh 15 times and I have lifted bodies from there, I know what happens in Pangong and it is quite natural. He further suggested that I should have given atleast two hours to the service provider to arrange for another accommodation

              Out of all the hotels … Chuttuk heights and Sangalay resorts were good others were very mediocre … we also had to change one hotel Yashmin which was very bad and due to this shifting and all we lost some good time which could have been spent in tourism plus the trouble the family had to take with elderly people. Even the hotel Mehtab palace was bad … no warm water coming in morning plus the flush was not working for us Coming to the tempo traveller one was very old , dilapidated and smelly. Just two cents of request from travellers like us - pls do recee of these properties before you give it to us because we depend on travel agencies like you when we go out for vacation. It should be a good experience for us and we should not carry back these bad experiences . Chuttuk palace and sangalay were some good properties … the staff was also good where we had good time Both the tempo drivers were also very good natured

              Santa Singh organized our week-long trip to Leh-Ladakh in July 2022 very well. Right from briefing us about the packages and to-do lists before the trip to being flexible to our demands during the trip - we could count on Santa and he never failed to deliver. When one of the hotels couldn't accomodate us due to a last-minute technical snag at their end, Santa helped us to get an upgrade at a very short notice. Also, we requested him to arrange for a bigger vehicle after reaching Leh and he got it done very quickly. In Pangong as well, as the weather was very harsh, he helped us get an upgrade to cottages (as our original plan was to stay in tents). Looking forward to exploring other places with Travo Guider

              IMM ventures was great. First Ambika helped us with itinerary and hotels. Then Anil bhai was with us throughout the tour. Anil bhai was really helpful and his team was great to. We actually made friends. The hotels was good bikes was also good. Spiti valley has mobile coverage problems but still everything was managed. Even the route in spiti valley have weather problems road blocks but Anil bhai had a plan B always helped us to complete the spiti circuit. Anil bhai even helped us on the worst road condition he himself drove the bike when needed. His team was also great helpful and friendly. Henceforth IMM ventures will be my first choice if I visit Noth India. Thank you IMM ventures Team.

We were convinced immediately once we talked to him, we asked him for Video Call to see the Shimla and that gave lot of confidence with the travel agent.               Wasn't totally satisfied. Was charged for 4 star hotels but this was only in Shimla and Dharamshala. Manali hotel was changed without informing to what they called upgraded but was more like a guest house. Hotel Indrasan wasn't too good either. The hotel in Dalhousie was not even worth calling a hotel. It had broken bed and broken bathroom fittings though the staff there tried their best to keep us satisfied. All in all not worth the money spent. I felt cheated. This was my 3rd time with Travel Triangle but I will need to be careful if I ever were to select you again to visit new places. The cab and driver provided were very good. Driver was very accommodative and understanding and experienced with the places around

Tripita guide us very well and offer us with a lot of variations of itinerary that we can choose And very flexible. Good hotel except in pangong vista (no heater no service and no electricity at night until morning). we re almost dead because of freezing. Shefali was very kind and always looking for solutions for our trip She is so patient to answer all of our question and fast respond I like the way she is doing her job and take care of the travelers. 5/5 Driver and Transportation of Kashmir- He drives like crazy Not recommended driver and car. The Broken mirrors and broken wiper. broken glass also. Its so teribble experiences with him. Ladakh /Leh Driver really nice and helpful. He is a good and safety drive. We feel so safe when he drives. He was very kind and very helpful. He always takes the initiative and always puts safety first in driving And the car is very clean and he cleans his car everyday.
