due to which on 3rd day of our trip he was confused to which place he has to take us for night stay. He kept on reconfirming with his immediate boss for the night stay, even after consulting with me the exact location for check in to Tiger Camp from Hundar , the driver was seen in aggression as he was told a different Camp location which was provided by the Travel Vichar in initial time. Due to this event , we reached Tiger camp on 3rd day late in evening , around 8:30 pm . Even after long discussion the Coordinator Sachin kept on blaming me for not rechecking the itinerary. I don’t believe that this is my duty to keep on rechecking after making so many changes at the time of booking by the travel agent . Because of his wrong itiernary we had to ask him to provide us camp for night stay on 4th day (14/05/2022) at Hundar , for which he charged us 5000/- extra. Hotel was provided at White Yalk in Leh , was satisfactory, we had to call for the assistance for room cleaning everytime although it’s their duty to come and check for room cleaning . Staff was cooperative and polite. Apart from this our flight cancelled on 16 May 2022 and I called Sachin from travel vichar, to help us out to book one room for 16th May as we 5 people were left to go back to delhi (our destined place) but Sachin completely disregard this and he was stubborn on one point that he can provide 2 rooms but not one room.. as it was emergency situation we only needed one room but the Travel vichar agent didn’t make much effort. We had to arrange for that day by ourselves. Tiger camp was really good and had great ambience .. it was personally chosen by me for booking as the camps provided by travel agent was not upto the mark as seen in pictures. Driver was good but little bit harsh in speech .. we could have enjoyed more on the way but he was very strict and didn’t stop at places to have a little relaxation and enjoy the beauty of the scenic views. ad proper communication with the drivers should have established earlier so that our choice of places to visit could have been more clear and well informed so that they would have planned accordingly. All though not much of suggestions, but since Ladakh is a region were mobile network is very limited or NO Access to service, proper instructions should have been given to the drivers and the hotels pre-booked of our arrival and departures. Hope people reading this understand it and properly plan for the future bookings.

taff served us the best including clean and yummy food! The two drivers arranged for our group were very cooperative, polite and friendly. Their driving skills were excellent and safe. In addition, they were well informed of the tourist spots and they took us to good restaurants on the way to enjoy the local food. We enjoyed their company. Overall: Exceeded expectations. for the trip are really nice. I have to give special shout out to the driver Mr Hussen who was there with us for the entire trip and was quite a good host with great local knowledge and amazing driving skills. Overall I would definitely recommend to use their services for travelling.

From the very beginning Yugal was very helpful and was available all the time. Infact during whole trip he enquired about our well-being as well which is very touching. Nobody from our group regret of anything from trip, so thanks to Yugal for that.Yes definitely, infact if required I will refer to my family and friends as well.It was a superb and memorable trip.
