          THINGS THAT NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION: 1. On the 4th day, my oxygen saturations dropped to critically low levels in Pangong Tso. Despite of timely informing our travel agent Rinky, we were not given any hotel stay refund for Tso moriri stay as we had to cut short our trip on medical grounds. 2. Given the tough conditions, you should provide required oxygen cylinders and first aid in the car and it should be a part of the package. This not being a part of the package can be really fatal and life-threatening for tourists who rely solely on your travel agents for the planning and best vacation experience. 3. Nubra Valley's camp service was terrible. Food was stale. No warm water. Only eggs and toast for breakfast. No tea options. This should never be recommended to any customer. Positive Things 1. The driver was REALLY NICE. his name was Mingur and he helped us to the best he could. Would totally recommend him as Driver. 2. Hotels in Leh were good. Food was great. Would recommend them.

          Ladakh Trip by Mili Group management is good. Our overall experience is 7/10. Manager Firdous was very humble, caring and kind. As decide, there should be 500 cc Royal Enfield, but 350 cc Royal Enfields were given. That's not a big point but still it should be managed. Car was very dirty which was given on the the first day. On Second day, it was better but not satisfied. We had a very bad experience in pangong lake in IBEX cottage suggested by Mili Group. Bad Food and Bad Service. 1. Hotel Singge Palace in Leh was very good. 9/10. 2. Hunder Resort in Nubra Valley was Good. 7/10. 3. IBEX Cottage in Pangong was Bad. 1/10.

          Previously with TravelTriangle it has been an amazing experience, so in this trip also we were expecting it to be similar. Unfortunately, few of the hotels which we got were not upto the mark. One of our hotel got cancelled and they offered different hotel for us in Leh (Sangalay Palace), which was really good in everything but this happiness couldn't last for long time. Because the Lake View Cottage which we got in pangong lake was not that great but the staff was really helpful. The same thing happened in Leh too, after returning to Leh we were expecting a good hotel similar to Sangalay. But the Golden Apricot which we got in Leh was not satisfying in anything, be it cleaneliness or staff behavior. When we woke in the morning for departure nobody was there for checkout even after informing them on the previous night. And in Nubra we had got The real Siachen Hotel, which was on the average side but the hotel staff and food was good, specially ChachuRam Ji. Who helped us with everything, be it food or hot water. This wouldn't complete if we dont mention about our Driver Joldan Uncle with more than 35 years of driving experience in Ladakh. And also our vehicle which got upgraded from Xylo to Innova Crysta was very good and comfortable for ladakh roads. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our each and every bit of this trip. Thank you Sushant and Bhavna for all the arrangements and support.

          I went to Leh along with my family for a period of 7 days. During my trip, I made a visit to Leh, Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, Pangong Tso, Tso moriri and Chumathang Hot springs through some breathtaking views during the ride. My stay at Hotel Kidar, Leh is excellent with great hospitality and some great food. At Nubra Valley, I have stayed at The Bangay, Hunder, Nubra which is a new property with great scenary and spacious rooms. I have enjoyed the stay at Nubra Valley. Thereafter, I have stayed at the Royal Foster Cottage at Pangong Tso which is located beside the lake with marvelous view of the lake and surrounding mountains and at Tso moriri I have stayed at Tsomoriri lake view hotel which is one of the busiest property at that location with beautiful rooms. The driver allotted to us was so good and have guided us properly so that all the sightseeing places can be covered in time and he was friendly and kind enough. The total trip was well coordinated and arranged without any hiccups by Mr. Akhil Sharma of Lazyatra who have continuously monitored our trip schedules and our health condition from time to time since ladakh is well known for its adverse climate due to its location at high altitudes and cold waves. Overall it is a great experience travelling with Lazyatra and special mention to Mr. Akhil Sharma for his coordination in having a successful trip with my family with lots of memories.

          I had a wonderful experience with Leh Ladakh journey. I went here with my parents, which is not the norm. I was afraid of the extreme conditions, as my parents were traveling with me. We were well guided by the team especially Sushant who came over to meet us at the hotel and helped us overcome the worries my mother had. We've got some cool tips from him which helped us a lot to enjoy a pleasant stay. The hotels we have stayed were very good too for the price, and have got super helpful staff. The best part was that we have got an excellent driver(Namang) who was super friendly, which made the entire trip so smooth. Will be releasing a video blog soon on our journey.           Ms.Shefali from Tripita is a great trip planner and adviser.. She was very helpful and patiently customised our itinerary as per our requirements. She also helped to get the Leh permit & advised us on the requirements.. During the trip, Ms.Shefali was very prompt & responsive for any queries that we may have had & ensured proper pick up & plan for next day was shared in good time. The pickup and drop to the airports was very well coordinated. All the hotel accommodations were strategically placed as per our requirements. The rooms were great & very clean. The staff was very cordial & cheerful. She advised and provided the best options in Nubra & Pangong which had the much needed heating and ample hot water supplies. It was ensured that we get proper vegetarian options at all hotels.. Worth the money spent. There was a local trip coordinator Mr Gyalson in Leh who provides all support needed during the trip. He helped arrange portable oxygen cylinder on daily rent for us to carry to Nubra / Pangong incase of emergency. Our driver Mr. Stanzin was experienced, accomodating, very polite and informative person who suggested how to maximize the time we had at every location. He was like a personal guide through the journey. Our vacation was a huge success given the meticulous planning from Ms.Shefali who answered a ton of questions we had as we went through the planning exercise !! Would highly recommend Tripita for planning an awesome, unforgettable experience.

          The whole trip was worth it, and all things worked out pretty well. All hotels / stay and food were good... Especially Leh Hotel - Hotel Utpala Retreat was excellent and impressive. The rooms are spacious and very clean. All staff is so nice and has great service mind, food was delicious... Vehicle and driver both were excellent. He has very good driving skills in hilly areas and snow covered roads. He helps in every manner possible during the entire trip.           This one was a decision taken in haste but it only got better! It was my daughter's birthday so we were thinking of celebrating it offsite and decided to go to leh and Ladakh which we were planning for quite a while but didn't know where to start so randomly booked the air tickets with absolutely no plan in mind. And then we came across with Yugul, from Travel Triangle at just the right time. From our itinerary to our accomodation and food all was taken care of by then. There were places they suggested and we approved, all well within our budget. No hiccups whatsoever in the trip. Although a few of us gave in to the altitude sickness but luckily we were prepared. All safe and sound, had the best scenery, sites, and rides starting from Leh > Kargil - Drass > Nubra Valley > Pangong > back to Leh. Missed Tuktuk though, was a bit tight schedule owing to long drives and lots of travel. All in all it was a 7 day trip from Delhi. And no complaints with any services we required. Quite satisfied with the planning and execution from the company and of course, we had Yugul all the time available for any assistance we might have needed him to address. Needless to mention name of Mr Stanzine our companion as Driver and Guide for entire six days, was too sincere and knowledgeable and cooperative. All accommodations suggested by Yugal were very nice and worth staying. To be very honest Yugal’s communication skill and behaviour impressed me so much that I will remain in touch with him for my future upcoming trips. Thoroughly enjoyed with family! Thank you for making it a memorable one, Yugul and Travel Triangle. All places were beautiful and worth seeing, the huge landscapes and Pangong lake particularly and their scenic beauties have stolen our hearts

          1. Overall travel experience with Tripita was good. 4/5 2. Hotel : Leh - Sangaylay was awesome 5/5. Ladakh Inn was 3.5/5. Nubra De Camp was little bad as no hot water was coming in the camp/room, it was given only in bucket. Re zangla cottage was ok considering the place and availability there. 3. Travel consultant was very prompt and good. 4. The car was very old. You should have given the option for Innova Crysta even if it is at little higher cost. Driver was ok and co operative. Considering the car I can rate as 3/5 5. May keep it as a good option. 6. Overall I will rate trip as 4/5
