    Overall great experience with travel triangle arrangement and support. One suggestion by looking at price looks little high., if it was including food I would say cost is good. Please suggest some market place resorts in Matheran, Maharashtra.

    Overall the experience was good. Hotels provided were not upto the mark. Especially the one at Lonavla was the worst. Vehicle provided was also one of the worst ones, thanks to the driver who made the entire trip joyful. Silvanus Forest Resort: This was the only best hotel provided. Location of the hotel could have been better. Sunrise Hill Resort: Worst hotel, room with bad smell and linen was soiled. No proper food options and the staff behaviour was rude. No proper breakfast service and the toiletries. Blizzard Resort: Resort was decent, got upgraded to the Imperial room which in itself was very tiny and not sure of the regular room. Location was pathetic.

    Firstly your contact for all the details was very nice and all went successfully before the trip We had faced some difficulties in the trip 1) The driver was too late and the cab was not at all comfortable 2) The mahabaleshwar hotel was nice but the location was very haunting and isolated and sincere request do not suggest oyo hotel because room is better but the location are horrible and breakfast was also limited 3) The lavasa trip was also the best but kindly tell your driver chain updated because at some point we have to give the money rather than it was included in package cost. 4) The lonavla trip was also a successful one the hotel was bit inconvenient for location but the service provided was awesome we had no inconvenience there 5) At the last the driver properly dropped us at our house Thank you so much for planning such a wonderful trip for us it was an amazing stay but only consider the above problem and work on it Best regards for your further trip planning and journey happy new year

    Suhas was good at planning all the things and his responsiveness and support was great. He is very polite and coordinated with another hotel and provided us different hotel when there was a problem. Though he helped us to change the hotel on the next day, we faced difficulty for one night as the opted hotel (Royal Hills @Mahabhaleswar) maintenance is not good and the hotel staff behavior is ridiculous. Driver is good but he does not know much places when we asked him where to dine out. Also he is having very less idea on the routes and different tourist spots to visit. In every hotel, breakfast available after 9 AM. I don't understand how this policy has made for tourist places. I was disappointed about the breakfast timings and it was not informed earlier and did not stated in any of the quotes.

    Our first hotel Zip by spree spine was good in ambience. But, their restaurant was under repair and food was not available. They suggested us to order food from Swiggy. Our second hotel room was initially not having enough of space for our family. Later on room was changed on our request. The difference amount paid by me and it was refunded by agent afterwards. The third hotel 'Treebo Hillway inn' worst in condition. Location is very poor. Too small a room and bathroom exactly opposite to bed and we were unable to close the door as it was swollen. No curtain is provided. We were not given option for choosing from other rooms. But the dood was very good in this hotel. Sightseeing was good in Mahabaleshwar. Driver was very good and cooperative. Mahabaleshwar sightseeing at all points. Especially we felt very happy to see waterfalls and lion's point and Elephant point. Finally we have ended with great plateau land Panchgani. It was superb and awesome.
