      This time I did not have proper guidance from cab driver or from hotel front desks in selecting the proper pilgrimaged during our tour. Otherwise over all trip is ok. Receiving us by the front desk at vinayagas hotel at Kumbakonam.

      Travel agent Mr Raj, customized the itinerary according to our travel plan. Hotels in Madurai and Rameshwaram are good. But Gopinivas grand hotel in Kanyakumari is very bad. It is very dusty, curtains are untouchable, bedsheets are not changed and even contains blood stains of previous customers. Cab driver was polite and helpful, but he is not aware of the temple timings and misguided in Madurai and Rameswaram. This led to wastage of time and we are not able to cover 3 places. Overall this is a great trip except the hotel in Kanyakumari.

      Overall trip was good. Agent behaviour was also good but the only issue was agent didn’t pay the hotel expenditure, driver expenses like to fill up the petrol etc. on time. Each & every time we had to remind him to pay the bills.

      Only Sivamurugan hotel in Kanyakumari was great with all services, rest 2 hotels are worst. Very poor in room services. e.g - The basic need of life is water. For that also we have to wait upto certain time. The bedsheets are tored, towels are not cleaned. Toiletries are not available at all in MCM tower hotel of Rameswaram. Hotel stays except Kanyakumari was pathetic

      Over all our trip is good only in srirangam hotel we faced trouble regarding room when 4 persons are staying in one room how can they adjust in small size bed and room. So I have to pay extra 865 rs to upgrade the room. In all other hotels it was very good and happy. Pls don't make these simple mistakes.
