We booked Madurai Kanyakumari Rameshwaram package. Overall experience was ok. The iternary shared to our driver wss different than that what we had so it happened twice that we had to back and forth with the agent and driver on iternary to provided. Also iternary was not created considering the timings of the temples or palaces which is a very basic thing the agent should consider. Experience with the driver was also not that good. Hotels were selected by us so not faced any issues there.

Travel agent customized as per my needs, adjusting Hotels. Trip was good and memorable. Driver was punctual, covered all the places. However there were 2 things which were not upto the mark. Driver didn't know Hindi and had very limited knowledge of English, so there was communication barrier. Kovalam was planned on Monday, on which some tourist places are closed. We got to know this only upon reaching there. Dhanushkodi point and Kovalam beach

The only issue we had during the journey was the driver could not speak hindi which is understable ( my old parents didnt speak tamil or malyalam either). The hotel guys in kanyakumari tried to be smart and gave a room which was not in the same hotel. Luckily driver contacted the travel agent and got it fixed. Overall fantastic trip.

The hotels were good except MSP Grand hotel of Madurai. It was the filthiest hotel I have ever come across. The room was also too small to accommodate 2+1 guests. Also the did not provide a blanket with the extra mattress. And the pillow was covered with fungus. The hotel didn't have any parking space neither any facility for the driver. I would not give even 1 rating to that hotel. As regards the driver he was a decent person , but I had asked for a driver who could also act as a guide and help us to plan our day. But this driver didn't know the places nor the timings of these places. Imagine he didn't even know about Auroville. He would just say tell me where you want to go, he would then put the directions on the Google map and take us there. So we had to plan our day ourselves and it resulted in reaching the places when it was closed. So that was a great disappointment
