      Trip went good without any major issues. However, agents can improve few things like suggesting home food restaurants and climate conditions. Though we surf ourselves over internet, but I believe they would know better. Flight bookings should be improvised so that customers need not to wait long hours in airports and connecting flights, maintaining minimal time for check-in/visa processing should be enough. Also, there are places where it took more than 2 hours just to pass the queue. Travel agents should bring this upfront and alternatives, so that customer could plan accordingly.

      There was no synchronization between India and malaysia organisation team. The trip organisers from India did not even know the basic details of itinerary and the Malaysia organisers were not at all responsive. Our flight got delayed and they did not even make an attempt to make minor changes in itinerary even after calling multiple times. Before the trip started, they called us only for payment and we had to chase them for getting trip details, checklist, etc. They kept changing POCs each time and they changed four POCs overall.

      Dear Suvendu, Thank you very much for giving us a nice package which is also reasonable n comfortable. Hotels particularly the Malaysian one is preferred by all of us and the Singapore flight. All sight-seeing programmes r followed as per itiniary and time.It is better if the dinner will be served at the hotel we lodge in future. Anyway thank you again for your care n all time suport . Looking for the new cheapest package with maximum comfort to Switzerland next year.       It was a great experience, nice trip good support provided by the team at both travel triangle and also by SGR Tours and Travels. All the bookings were done well in advance and we received our vouchers before hand, as this was my first trip outside India Shailesh from SGR tours and travels was a great help as he guided me for everything before i board the flight. Our trip included 3 destinations Langkawi, Genting and Kuala Lumpur all destinations accompanied by private transfers. it was fun going to the locations and the drivers there were also very supporting. I am looking for another trip with Travel triangle soon and i would prefer the same provider everytime. I was very worried about my Visa process as it was scheduled do be done later in the stage of booking but Shailesh helped a lot there as well and it was like a cake walk for him. The only thing i disliked about my stay at Genting was the Hotel staff was not at all supporting and the room was not as i thought it would be for which shailesh warned me in advance to not to take a stay at Genting. Apart from that everything was amazing and i would again love to travel with travel Triangle.

      Our trip was very good and it was as expected. Service from travel triangle and A1 tour's and travels was excellent. We never faced any major problem during our trip and it was as per itinerary only. Hotels were very good at both Singapore and Malaysia. Driver of cabs were on time and very cooperative. However we struggled to get indian vegeterian food in both hotels and were not very good. This is point of improvement to be taken care of by travel triangle and A1 TOUR'S and Travels while making hotel selection was vegeterian customers. Also during booking only i have informed to A1 tour's Mr. Ankur Jain and Ms. Anjali to include all entry tickets and ride's tickets in package so that i didn't have to pay anything, inspite of the same they have not provided flier and boating tickets for Singapore city tour which was the base of city tour and i have to pay 110 dollars for the same which is not small amount and not acceptable since i am insisting to include everything in package only. Also they were very late for issuing Malaysian VISA and didn't told in beginning only that they required soft copy of photograph as well for Malaysian Visa and up to last moment i was struggling with photograph & had to leave my office early just to take another photograph for Malaysian VISA and become hectic and critical situation till last moment of trip to Start. Hence i suggest to initiate process for Malaysian Visa as well though it takes two days time only to avoid last moment urgency. Overall it was a memorable trip and i would definitely suggest others to prefer Travel triangle and A1 TOUR'S and Travels and also for my next trip. Thanks and see you again. Best memories of trip was traveling to sentosa island and viewing WOT show in Singapore. In Malaysia best part was trip to Sunway lagoon which was excellent.
