      Travel agent kusum was very efficient, understood our needs and provided options. We enjoyed our stay however there were a couple of things that didn't go as promised 1) beach facing room was promised as an upgrade as it was our anniversary but when we got there the hotel told us that they informed the agent that it wasn't available and yet the agent has promised us so they can't help. 2) my infants name was completely missed out in the return ticket booking. What we understood was that his name was attached to some other family's booking and hence there was a fair amount of confusion and waiting. When we book through travel agents it's only because we dont want the haggling with the hotel/any unnecessary inconvenience because we all know that going through a travel agent is far more expensive. So when you dont get it, it's disappointing especially in a luxury holiday like Maldives! Another recommendation is that agents should actually experience what they offer even if it is just virtual. We could have been given a lot of tips about the resort by the agent which would help us plan better. All this only because we have an infant, otherwise just adults can figure things themselves. Also automated messages from travel triangle can be monitored as I kept getting messages asking me how wonderful my trip was before it even started!! Anyway thanks for a good trip.

One suggestion to anyone travelling would be to go for full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner in pacakge) stay as we did, because food in alacarte will be very very very expensive
