Overall trip was good but the cab driver is not at all co-operative. Driver is not customer friendly. On the last day because of driver we could not cover Agra properly. Everything went on hurryburry on the last day of our trip.

Everything promised was provided, just the issue was with the follow up which I had to do with the agent due to miscommunication. Trip was booked with Abhishek, then he left and Ankit took over. Whenever I called Ankit with follow up call, he was curtious and got the things completed. Only suggestion, please ensure that coordinations are done perfectly..

Hotel was very good. Room provided was clean and spacious. Food was good and staff was very courteous and helpful. Travel agent was extremely helpful. She helped with the rebooking of flight tickets when the flight got cancelled. Communication with her was easy and crisp. Cab Driver was a disappointing experience. He drove the car slow. Skipped kullu completely because of him. Next he did not even accommodate the places he made us skip. Not a right person to travel with. Was zero on guidance. Flight travel. Paragliding and view in sisu.

I intentionally made a decision to take tour with Back to Holidays though I knew that I’m paying way more because I’m taking my mother with me. The coordinator Homendra is very good in assisting us but the cab driver who was rude and tried to skip a lot of places. The hotel SunStar in Delhi was pretty decent. There was a hot water problem and when contacted the receptionist, he said we will have to managed for a day with normal water which was very cold in Feb. They did not provide us welcome drink also. The Regal Vista hotel in Agra was good enough. Driver kept trying to make us to take guide in every place to get him a commission. The very last day, for the drop to airport, the driver himself arranged a local taxi which was in pathetic condition and the taxi driver was also rude in communicating with us.

Everything was good. But whatever places are there the agency should give a headsup about the extra charges that gonna imply and also if there are any extra things like paragliding,river rafting etc., You should give/help us without happening any fraud activities. I have faced this issue through out the journey. Manali snow fall

On the whole , our travel and stay were more than satisfactory and worth for money spent . The hospitality provided by the hotel people was very good . Last , but not the least , I should appreciate the travel agent Preeti Sharma , for arranging the tour and for taking responsibility to make sure that we get the best possible care . We enjoyed the travel in around manali and the food.

U need to improve the hotel facilities and little more comfortable car, and the foods provided in the hotels were average except Royal Regency Shimla. Hotel in shimla was very good. Delhi hotel room and food was below as per the price range Kullu and Manali

The experience was very amazing! Stay was perfect! Destination was beautiful! Just make sure that while booking the bus ride there should be some parking hours for reaching from Delhi airport to bus stop.

Agent did good job of arranging things hotels etc but they never verified 2 hotels were ok but 1 jb residency found totally hopeless never suggest this to others . Nowhere parking space was not available, and in Delhi driver has to park car far away from hotel. Except amrutsar restaurant s were not available , room delivery only but hopeless unwanted food we had to manage . Delhi hotel only morning from 7am 1 to 2 hour only hot water available Failed to understand the requirements customers. Amrutsar was ok but other 2 places hotels half ok. It can't be even 2 stars..

Hi Arun Had a awesome tp to Delhi Agra and Matura Special thanks to Arun, who helped in planning a fun and memorable We had a excellent cab driver Mr. Shille who made the to more enovable I had traveled with my eldes parents and my young daughter, who also really enjoyed the trip Eaty moning sunnat totamata was the best part of the whole trip, guide tour for Agra was awesome. The evening uns vw boating in Kashi ghat was really must to watch Also enjoyed other places like Local market in Dots. Prom mande lemple vist and more... Geyser is not working in hotel room amer valley in jaipur, but its good that they have arranged the alternative electricity heater, make sure this won't be frequent scenario's. Coming to driver he is a good person with polite behaviour but coming to work level he needs to improve he is not sure of the routes which caused a lot of delay sometimes , it would be great if you can arrange driver with good knowledge on routes for respective trip plan. Which saves both driver and our time instead of leading to wrong route.
