      Hotel related review: We had selected 2 different hotels for stay. 1. Hotel Misty mountain: manager’s behaviour was very good. Food was bad. Room cleanliness was average(more on bad side). Also to accommodate a group of new comers, they suggested us to move to different hotel which was unethical. Though we chose to move to different hotel as anyways this hotel was not up to the mark. The new hotel suggested by manager was very good though( Hotel Moksha (highly recommended)) Rating: 2 stars Hotel 2: Hotel Allure grand: Everything was good for this hotel and was up to the expectation as being a 4 star hotel. Rating: 4.5 stars Cab driver: very good Rating: 5 star Travel agent/partner: Mr. Deepak was our travel partner and he was very helpful. He arranged everything and anything on time and we were very confident throughout the journey. Will definitely opt travel magazine because of his behaviours for our next trips. I called him so many times for multiple reasons and he was kind enough to respond on every time. Rating: 5 stars Nothing as such. The whole trip was wholesome

      Orchard Greens is a horrible hotel. Please don't go there. Poor service and bad food quality - need to constantly ight with hotel management to get what was promised! Nitish and Pawan from PP Travels were very helpful and sorted out our problems. Also, camp stay in manali was amazing! great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.

In budget and still exceeding expectation in comfort and location.       Hotel food needs to be improved. Hotel is clean and in very good location. Cab and driver are very polite and well behaved. Bus pick up location change from Delhi to Manali was not informed in advance which caused problem for us. Bus from Manali to Delhi was very bad. No blankets, charging point was not working. Point of contact for transportation was not picking call or reply to message to solve this issue. Disheartened by this no response. Beautiful place we have visited so far. From paragliding to playing in snow we enjoyed every moment. Made new friends. Extra cake from agent Pooja was a very sweet gesture. Thank you for that.

Only one thing was bad in this trip is , in quote they have mentioned driver will take us to 'Jhakoo temple' , but he denied m we had to make separate cab and visited there.
