    We booked our trip through Red Letter Holidays and had mixed reviews. The Resort was great although one goof up made by our agent was that he had mentioned a complimentary candle light dinner at the hotel which the hotel denied. We had to speak to the reception ourselves to get the dinner reservation made. In addition, I believe the schedule can be changed to remove the North Island tour since it does not have much to offer and seems like a day wasted. The water activities especially Undersea walk and Parasailing fail to live upto the expectation. For undersea walk we were promised 15 minutes of activity but hardly spent 3-4 minutes doing the undersea walk, parasailing lasted for less than 2 minutes!!!! almost all travelers along with us were disappointed with the water activities. The Travel agents should work with other vendors to ensure that travelers are getting what was promised.

    I booked a beachfront room and that’s what was mentioned on my itinerary. However, on my arrival at the hotel, I was given a beach view room. While making my booking itself I mentioned it very clearly to the travelTriangle agent that beachfront is my preference n I will choose my resort/room category accordingly. On my arrival the I was disappointed to see that I was allocated a beach view (2nd floor) room which wasn’t as good as the beach front one.

    Air n Wing very nice and professional. The quote provided by them was the lowest. They also called me a day before for online check-in as well. We opted for the Honeymoon holiday for 7 days at Mauritius Long beach resort. The resort provided a dinner buffet of different cuisine, each day. As we were vegetarians chefs were flexible enough to make customized Indian dishes exclusively for us. We also got 3 Lunches (again customizable according to our taste) as freebie. Therefore, our expenses on food were way less.

    Overall the trip was great. To begin with Rohit helped us with our requirements and gave us a reasonable offer, also he was in touch with us during our trip. However, the post sales deptt was little late back, pooja was our manager, she needed constant reminders regarding various things as vouchers, payments. Also she did not bother to ask if trip was going smooth, which she had promised earlier. We had 1-2 minor issues which were taken care of by their travel agent in mauritius, Nalini. The island tour was awsome. First speedboat for our kiddo, she luved every bit.

Meanwhile the package which included the tourist places should be improved as in the first 2 days all the places which we visited was ok-ish and felt like waste of time. Also the tours should stop at better places for lunch and not the like anywhere. Tours should be improved as per their schedule and activities to be done.
