      Giving 4 star only because of the travel agent ayush from pocket friendly vacations. He helped us plan the trip and provided quick response whenever required. Our trip was to Mauritius for 7 days. Their local team sucks. Not helpful and no response on time. They gave no proper updates and i had to followup with them all the time. Cab drivers on the other hand were very nice and friendly and assisted us everytime.

      Everything was mostly good. The only improvement could be to include more city time in port lois. We lot very less time to explore the main city market and do shopping.       Overall the trip was great. To begin with Rohit helped us with our requirements and gave us a reasonable offer, also he was in touch with us during our trip. However, the post sales deptt was little late back, pooja was our manager, she needed constant reminders regarding various things as vouchers, payments. Also she did not bother to ask if trip was going smooth, which she had promised earlier. We had 1-2 minor issues which were taken care of by their travel agent in mauritius, Nalini. The island tour was awsome. First speedboat for our kiddo, she luved every bit.

We had a very nice time in Mauritius, we spent 7 days over there.
