Hotels were My overall rating would be 4.5/5 and the ratings for individual categories would be 1. Cab - 5/5 (. Jitu Moni was our Cab driver, a very decent person who was very cooperative. The Cab was well maintained and we couldn’t ask for anything more) 2. Agent - 5/5 (Nikitha did a fabulous job) 3. Hotel - 4.5/5 (Everything was picture perfect except for the last hotel in Gawhati.         My driver was amazing. Very kind and considerate. About my stays I loved staying at La Kuper inn, Sohra, Cherrapunjee. The hospitality and guest friendliness won my heart but La Castle in Shillong wasn’t a good experience. They didn’t provide proper duvet or blanket for the driver neither did they arrange hot water for him in spite of repeated calls they just kept on saying ‘we are arranging’ but failed to do so. Also, the driver room wasn’t covered properly my driver had to stay up whole night as the room was pretty airy and it was really cold out. Apart from that my travel was amazing.

        The hotels selection was not bad. The hotel 100 waterfall camp, Cherrapunji was not suitable for our requirements. The camp became too cold at night and started heating up in the morning. The food and service was good. The bathroom lock didn't work. But they were hardworking and did their best. The riwar cottage, Mawlynnong was spacious but thr food was below average. The service was good. The best service, food, room was at Wilderness, Kaziranga. The service was excellent and food was outstanding.

        So finally the long awaited trip ended. Initially I was not sure how will be the trip as first time I was talking my father for a trip. Ms. Parul was the first POC for this trip and she helped me in every step from customising it and clearing doubts. Then Ms. Nikitha was the POC during the trip and she was in touch constantly. Lastly Mr. Bhaben our driver ji. He managed the traffic so efficiently that we didn't loose much time in the traffic.         Special mention: Aastha from Reify, and Mr Tanwir(driver, the person who drove us around) It was one of our best trips. Thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. The hotels, car, sightseeing was well selected and properly coordinated. Thank you for the great planning for which we could just enjoy our trip rather than worrying about cars and hotels. The food at the hotels were extremely good, so was drive in the car. Tanwir, who drove us around, was very polite and friendly and even suggested a few nearby places which we loved!!
