              Parth's 11 days trip to North East

              Overall: 4.8/5 An extremely enjoyable and unique experience - Reify stands by its name of delivering breathtaking experiences for travellers without any compromise. They made no excuses and never once in the trip did we ever feel disappointed with the choices that they had made for us in travel planning. I have rarely worked with such genuine, well understanding, well planned and highly reliable travel agents in the past. However, do note that it comes with a caveat of premium costs - even before the trip and through the journey, it was quite clear to me that the trip cost was possibly the highest vs any other agent. Hotel -   4.5 /5Nikitha had booked the choicest and best hotels for the trip - during the trip we realised that a lot of these hotels are not available online at all or are in such high demand that they need to be booked over 6 months in advance, but Nikitha ensured she gave us those hotels even though our trip was planned only 1 month in advance. After conversations with others who have done a trip on the same route, I have realised we had some of the absolute best hotels and we would have missed out on some outstanding experiences had it not been for these hotels/stays. Only Betelnut Resort in Dawki was an issue where it was really hot and I had trouble sleeping at night because of the heat. The service in Betelnut Resort was also subpar with an incident of bad behaviour by staff and then forgetfulness regarding orders and late breakfast. Cab -.      5/5The cab was very spacious and well maintained. The driver Jagadish was great, no fuss and on best behaviour and we developed a good camaraderie in the trip. As a suggestion, it would have been better if the cab was equipped with sun shades since a lot of travelling was during daytime.  Agent     5/5 Nikitha Chauhan is amazing to work with - she planned our trip very meticulously after understanding our requirements and ensured she covered the right locations, experiences and hotels. She knew the route inside out sitting in Delhi! Nikitha was so genuine that many a times in the planning stage, despite our request for a higher cost hotel, she would ask us to pick a lower cost one because she knew it offerred a better experience, and guess what, she was right every time! During the trip as well, she called us every alternate day to ensure the trip is going fine and that there are no issues.

              Not so bad but could be much better, there was lots of miscommunication between the agent and the hotel and car driver. For instance 1) Day 1 we went to Kaziranga, Borgos, we were informed that everything has been booked and paid for but then when we reached at the destination, we had to pay additional charges of 800/- for safari and that too just for a kilometre, for which no receipt was issued. 2. On the itinerary for day 2, we had a wildlife sanctuary scheduled but the driver was not informed of it and we had to skip it because it was not properly planned and we would reached Shilong really late at night in case we had covered it. 3. There was a lot of chaos when we reached Dawki and when we had to travel for Bamboo trek the next day. We travelled on the same route thrice which wasted our time and even the driver became frustrated by it. Though he said that he'll take wherever we'll ask him to but he was really irritated by the fact that he has to drive three times on same route and specially when the area was under construction. 4. Biggest issue we had was when we reached Cherrapunji at 1:00 pm and we had double decker, and rainbow falls to be covered on the same day. When the agent knew that it would take at least 6-7 hours to cover both and it would be a trek, it should have been planned in a way wherein we should have reached Cherrapunji at night a day before so we could have started our trek early morning and could have covered both. But since we reached at 1 in the afternoon, it was not possible to go for rainbow waterfall trek and we had to skip it. Also, it was not informed that rainbow waterfall is in continuation of double decker bridge. 5. I did not like Vintage Inn that was booked in cherrapunji near caves on day 7 of our itinerary. There was no lunch facility when we came back from caves and we had walk all the way to get some food. 6. On the last day of our trip, driver was changed and we got to know this from our driver and agent informed us on Saturday night which was pretty late. 7. Next day, final day we had a checkout at 10 which was properly communicated to the agent and she had to further inform the driver. There was no communication from agent's end to the driver and we were waiting in the hotel lobby till 11:30 which also impacted our itinerary for that day. We had to visit Kamakhya temple and it was not informed that VIP entry is for a limited time and would close at 7:30-8am. When we reached there, it was 6-7 hours of line waiting for darshan. Overall, a lot of communication gap, when agent was pre informed that we are visiting the place for first time, she should have informed about everything in advance so that we could have planned our days accordingly to cover our itinerary. But we had to skip big chunk just because there was no pre information.

              Our 10-day tour of Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya with Northeast Window Travels was a memorable experience. Eliyaz, provided excellent care, even assisting with the special NRI permits and expertly navigating the drive to Tawang, with stops in Dirang to visit monasteries. While some hotels initially fell short of expectations, Eliyaz promptly addressed our feedback and arranged alternative accommodations, which we greatly appreciated. Kids especially loved Tarayana Homestay in Sappercamp Village, Dirang, Arunachal Pradesh. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was lovely, and the host was incredibly welcoming. We also had a great dining experience at Prashaanti Cottages in Bhalukpong—the food there was amazing and definitely worth trying if you're in the area. We highly recommend both Tarayana Homestay and Tawang Heights for anyone planning a trip to this region. For future travelers considering this tour, few recommendations: don’t include dinner in the package, as local dining options can be preferable; confirm the availability of in-room heaters (many are chargeable); and verify hotel details before the trip. Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a fantastic time and commend Eliyaz and the Northeast Window Travels team for creating such a wonderful trip.

              Greetings !! We booked a 15 days long epic trip in December 2022 to the North Eastern abodes of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, and Meghalaya with Itvaar. Our primary contact was Ms. Nikitha Chauhan from Reify/itvaar. Planning and itinerary process was very smooth and transparent. Nikitha put us at ease and helped us clearly understand the itinerary. She helped us to tailor the trip as per our expectations. Considering we were traveling with a 2 year old kid, the trip was made easy through diligent planning. The trip itself went without a hitch as per our plan, the driver Mr. Bikas Das was very skilled and helpful. The accommodations were very good and included tasty breakfast.               We planned North-East India trip that covered 3 states - Assam, Arunachal Pradesh & Meghalaya. It was kinda big 10 days trip that covered so many places.We wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible because we are going in an off-season time. Our trip organizer Nikita Chauhan from Reify (itvaar.com) did an excellent job and presented us with a perfect itinerary and not to mention a very experienced and patient driver.... When you don't feel the need to call your trip organizer during your entire trip means that the trip organizer (Nikita Chauhan) did a great job ! We appreciate Nikita for her great effort and attention to details. All the hotels that we stayed in were very very good.We are giving a 5-star rating to Nikita and Reify for creating wonderful memories for me and my wife....!

              Overall very well planned trip. Our contact point ms. Nikitha chauhan was in continuous touch with us throughout the trip and was very very supportive. She has gone beyond what we expected for arranging a darshan at Kamakhya devi temple which otherwise would not have been possible due to Navratri rush. The choice of a few hotels could have been better but on overall basis it was well.planned and executed trip.

              Leiki from Brahmaputra was fantastic & very patient while working on the itinerary. I kept making changes to itinerary & she accommodated every request till finalization. I was doing a solo trip by motorcycle & she helped me with arranging for a motorcycle to arranging for activities & stays per my request. During the trip too she called to ensure everything was running as per plan, I was comfortable & suggesting things to try in the vicinity. A huge shout-out to her for her efforts & her pleasing attitude. Would definitely recommend to Brahmaputra to others. If there is one thing Brahmaputra will have to work on; it is their pricing. Not the most cost effective but service was impeccable so I guess that balances it off. As for Meghalaya I would say a must do for every traveller as it offers everything for a solo traveller to a family. The rolling hills, the winding roads & caves are to die for. Overall it was fantastic & memorable trip.
