She was in constant touch with us right from the time we left our home till we reached back home- checking regularly on how our trip was going and our comfort in the accommodations. The level of personal attention was just truly touching. I would also like to mention the wonderful job that the driver- Mr. Nirmal Gogoi did. He ensured that he contacted us a day before and shared all his details to ensure a smooth pick up at the airport. He was well versed with the local spots and made sure that we did not miss any of the hidden gems of our route! He was very professional and polite and had very good driving skills.         Travel agent wanted to make money only. Mr Ankit from Travel Kutir does not care about customer satisfaction.. Hotel was not good at Kaziranga..so we complained about it..but he did not provide any discount..Even after paying the full amount, he called the driver and asked to stop the car on our way from Shillong to Guwahati airport because we had given negative googlr review about Mr Ankit from Travel Kutir..He even gave us Dhamki for taking us to Police Station, so eventually we deleted that review from google..after that only car drove us to Airport.. Services were good at other places..but Mr Ankit in person was so bad

        Tour was planned very efficiently by Ms. Nikitha Reify. All hotels arranged were good and liked by the family members. Itinerary was provided well in advance. Itinerary covered all tourist destinations very efficiently. Ms.Nikitha kept in touch with me on regular basis to ensure the tour is as per plan. Cab and driver were great. Driver Mr.Krishna is very polite and professional. At no time he breached the traffic regulations and maintained the speed in limits.Family members enjoyed his company.         First of all, Meghalaya is a great place and everyone should visit Please read through the detailed review: Dhruv from Travel Asia was very responsive and we felt good initially. Not Good : However, stays at Dawki and Shillong were disappointing. At Dawki, he booked two Delux and 1 Std room, although the resort was good but Dhruv didn't inform us of the standard room and the room was pathetic and it spoiled our Dawki experience. Futher frustration came the next day when we realised that our last day stay was not even booked, he then suggested a average BnB stay which we strongly opposed. After a lot of Push he managed to get us a decent stay at the end but it was not professional from Travel Asia to just miss out on our stay for the last day Very Good Farman, our Driver was very good. Was polite, accomodating throughout. Jiva Resort at Cherrapunji was very good and we highly recommend it Tip Travel Asia can be used, but one needs to ensure all hotel Vouchers with Room Type, Cab details etc are sent in advance and proof from Travel Asia that there won't be any surprises or uninformed changes during the trip. They need to improve on being a very professional Travel agency We didn't get much help from Travel Triangle as well.         The hotel accommodations were good. All the places we covered - Kaziranga, Dawki, Cherrapunji and Shillong were good! Shillong itenary surely reminds of viewing the 'Scotland of the East'! Spectacular! For trips in the East, it would be good to factor the early sunset, long distances you need to travel and waiting time (places like Kamakya Temple) while planning the itenary. We had to skip lunches for continuous 3 days to ensure itenary is completed. We had to skip Orchid Gardens, Umiyam Lake and Kamakya temple which could have been avoided.

        This was my first booking with travel triangle through travel kutir.. first day (16 may 2024) was horrible.. bus driver was not picking up the phone at first and then giving false information about his arrival time.. we waited for 2.5 hrs at the airport itself.. bus was in just pathetic condition if we compare it value for the money I had paid.. smell, full of mosquito, cockroaches, torn seats, dust, leaking AC etc.. My CAB ratings are for first vehicle. Replaced vehicle was good. no issues but I had to follow up with Travel Kutir entire day and untill 9.30 pm. About hotels --> Cordial lodge breakfast was very late though we had requested for bit of early morning.. Ka bri war was best hotel amongst all. No complaint at all. Kalyaniz hotel was worst in terms of room allocation, room quality and service. There was no hot water in entire hotel.. had to do lot of follow up for hot water which delayed our temple visit plans. Getting non AC rooms at Manas shows how travel kutir works for customers.. i observed Travel kutir had no quality checks in place. At each occurrence I had to call multiple times to them and explain and everything.. most of time we group of 14 people had to adjust as travel kutir had no option or control in place.. Only positive about travel i would say is changing the vehicle on 2nd day of the travel..

        First of all a big thank you to Travel Triangle for arranging a very good trip of Northeast covering most of the desired places and also giving enough time to enjoy the lovely locations. We really enjoyed the trip and cherish memories of our visit. The most enjoyed portions of our trip are Balaji Temple in Guwahati, Kazhiranga National Park, Chirapunji, Mawlynnlong Living Root Bridge, Dawki Border with Bangladesh, Boat ride in Umngot river supposed to be crystal clear water but due to previous night rain was totally murky (unlucky!!), Sacred Forest, Umiam Lake, Darshan at Maa Khamakya temple, Assam State Zoo. However not all locations could be enjoyed fully as described in your offer for reasons below : 1. Umiyam Lake had closed while going from Guwahati but during return could see the lake but no boat ride was possible due to extreme windy conditions. 2. Umngot river water was totally murky due to overnight rain. 3. Northiang Monolith was totally missed as driver forgot to take us there. The hotels chosen were pretty decent but lacked any room view. We were stumped when we reached Shillong when the Hotel Treetops Residency informed that there was no booking for us and he was being kind enough to accommodate us for that night (2nd day). For the subsequent booking on 5th and 6th Night (while returning) he advised us to look for alternate accommodation which as per the manager was already informed to Indeman Travels but no action taken till we flagged this issue. Created anxious moments till alternate arrangement was made, which could very well have been avoided. In fact the hotel room at EEE CEE Hotel did not have any window and only walls on all sides. The cab driver initially was very helpful but as the tour proceeded developed different attitude. In fact we were dropped at the airport at 12 o’ clock itself for our flight at 17.05 hrs and left in a hurry after unloading the luggage on the road in departure end.         We had a fantastic trip to Meghalaya and Kaziranga. Everything was planned very nicely. I would like to specially thank Nikita from Reify who ensured that all requests were taken care off. She was in touch with us and suggested different options when we needed advice. All the chosen hotels were also good even though it was peak season and I had doubts since I did not get the hotels which I had chosen earlier. The only issue was with the driver as his only agenda was how to save his diesel rather than taking us around and showing the places. We missed boating in Dawki because of him. Apart from that, full points to Reify for all the services and excellent support provided. The highlight of the trip was Krangsuri falls, double decker bridge and Kaziranga!!
