Mumbai Weekend Deal Honeymoon Tour Package 4 Days & 3 Nights

We had a great trip. Trip squaree's coordination was very good. Ms. Nidhi Singh is a wonderful person who coordinated very well. A very patient and a friendly person. she even arranged for a cab for one of the passenger who had to leave in between. The person was dropped safely at the airport . Everything from pickup to sightseeing was comfortable. But the driver was not very familiar with the location. Everytime we asked something he had to google and find it. He is not very comfortable with Hindi as well. He knew Marathi well. Complementary Breakfast at Hotel Mahabaleshwar Fragrance was very average. Because it is free they did not even care to provide a side dish for rava kichdi. We had a power cut for more than 2 hours and no generator was there. Once we reached we had a leak of AC water but they fixed it very soon. Overall it was great trip and we have a wonderful memory about the same for the rest of our lives. Thank you Trip Squaree and Travel triangle for arranging a good trip within our budget.

Due to underground rooms in the hotel, unable to see any views from my room. Breakfast options were very limited but food was very tasty in my hotel and cab driver had not shown all the points mentioned in the itinerary. Quite Disappointed.

We really enjoyed trip.I would like to say thank you to all of you travel trangle representative, travel agent and cab driver cum travel guide. We explored more places with less time. It would have been Great if offer coupon was provided for discount for the payment of trip. Travel trangle must thing to provide any travel gift with travel trangle name and logo to the customer like travel bag etc .it help to market your name to other. Let's go point-wise w.r.t the feedback: 1. The hotel, being a 3-star, did not met with the standards expected. I didn't expected a 3-star with a lavish ambience, decorated rooms, top-quality room service, etc. My expectation was a simple but full-fledged service. The hotel didn't know about my package booking as a result, they rose questions about free breakfast. Each time I had to clarify my self about the utilities included in the package and made me angry at point of time. Don't worry, I didn't shout on any employees of the hotel. 2. As this was my first honeymoon tour, the room decoration on valentine's day was very shabby. When I reached to my hotel room at night, all the balloons had fallen from the ceiling and adjacent walls. I and my wife made efforts to fix it. 3. The cake selection by the hotel service was very cheap. It was valentine's day and my first honeymoon tour, and those guys handed the black forest birthday cake with no garnishing on it. The waiter handed the cake with the matchbox and when I asked the reception to provide some candles, he said, "Sorry sir, that's not in your package". Candles? Package? seriously? I was like, what's the meaning of matchbox then? 4. The reason why I'd choose you is to strictly compare the cost of the tour, in person. If I draw a chart of personally-guided tour Vs third-party scheduled tour, the expenses that indulge shows major deviation. Of course, the package you'd pitched contains your margin but up to 50% was not expected. 5. Too much of your miscommunications with me and with the hotel staff. Some good experiences: 1. The driver was punctual, well mannered and informative with the places we visited. Respect for him. 2. Pro-activeness of our employees won my heart. As a conclusion, I would now think twice before approaching you. First, I'd thought of my Mom and Dad's wedding anniversary plan with you but now I am off the track.

I had good experience with travel triangle, this is the third time I booked a package with them , everytime they surprise me with there full effort of reaching thr customer satisfaction,..I had good time in mumbai, the package was satisfying with covering all the sightseeing places . Apart the transport vehicle alloted was not expected, I loved it . The driver was very polite and helpful in all ways. Sir Udit who booked my pacakage was very supportive and did whatever help needed just on call. Thank you Udit. And thank you travel triangle for making my trip memorable

Almost everything was fine hotel was average nit satisfied and cab should also be flexible if we wanted him to go in evening he would not go to that place. Like we went to munnar mkt in day again we wanted to visit in evening he would say no

I booked the package for Mahabaleshwar and Lonavala, It was really great experience. Especially Stay and hospitality at Mahabaleshwar was outstanding. I would choose the same vendor next time for domestic travel.

Hotel Greenland Delsol Resort was pathetic. Dirty room, Dirty water, Bad food. The staff was arrogant. They themselves decided not to serve the food in room after taking the order. and we were waiting for food to come for around 2 hrs !

Our recent vacation planned through TravelTriangle had its highs and lows, with Agent Gaurav Sharma shining bright amidst some disappointments. Firstly, let me highlight the commendable service provided by Gaurav Sharma. He meticulously organized our trip to Lonavala, Khandal, Panchgani, and Mahabaleshwar, ensuring our preferences were met and our journey smooth. Gaurav's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident through his regular follow-ups and genuine concern for our well-being throughout the trip. However, our experience with the hotel in Lonavala, Aureole Mrida - A Boutique Hotel, was far from satisfactory. The initial room assigned to us was plagued with issues – from a leaking washbasin to an overall foul odor. Gaurav promptly intervened, helping us relocate to a better room. Yet, the disappointment persisted as the breakfast served the next morning was below par, with stale breads being served, much to our dismay. The unapproachable and indifferent attitude of the hotel staff further added to our dissatisfaction. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, and I hope TravelTriangle takes note of this feedback seriously. Thankfully, our experience improved drastically upon reaching Panchgani. The Blizzard Resort not only offered a beautiful setting but also boasted a team of helpful and cooperative staff. From delicious food to impeccable hygiene standards, every aspect of our stay was delightful. Special mention to Prashant and Abhishek, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The opportunity to pluck strawberries from the nearby farm added an extra charm to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. In conclusion, while our journey with TravelTriangle was marked by highs and lows, Gaurav Sharma's exceptional service and the delightful experience at Blizzard Resort salvaged our vacation. However, attention must be paid to addressing the shortcomings encountered, particularly with hotel selections, to ensure a consistently satisfying experience for travelers.

Hotel charged me INR 500/- for early check in & I already made all payments before starting of my trip, this is additional cost which I have incurred. I reached morning on 6 am at hotel and hotel check in time was 12.00 pm, So I can't wait on reception for 4 hours till actual time of check in. So found this cost unnecessary. Hope I will get refund for additional cost.

It was memoriable trip i must say, loved it, had great time in Mahabaleshwar. Best memories will include horse riding, wonderful Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani sceneries and most important strawberries , had lot of them

The overall trip was ok. But the entire experience could have been better if there was more coordination between the travel triangle agent and the travel agent.

Firstly your contact for all the details was very nice and all went successfully before the trip We had faced some difficulties in the trip 1) The driver was too late and the cab was not at all comfortable 2) The mahabaleshwar hotel was nice but the location was very haunting and isolated and sincere request do not suggest oyo hotel because room is better but the location are horrible and breakfast was also limited 3) The lavasa trip was also the best but kindly tell your driver chain updated because at some point we have to give the money rather than it was included in package cost. 4) The lonavla trip was also a successful one the hotel was bit inconvenient for location but the service provided was awesome we had no inconvenience there 5) At the last the driver properly dropped us at our house Thank you so much for planning such a wonderful trip for us it was an amazing stay but only consider the above problem and work on it Best regards for your further trip planning and journey happy new year

Everything is well and good but the agents were calling repeatedly without knowing whether the other person can respond or not at that moment. I got exhausted with those calls. It would be easy for us if you ask for the time when you can contact in the form itself while asking for the details of the trip.
