Our driver, Freneesh, drove calmly and safely. He grows on us every day beyond just a driver, and we were glad he got to explore all the sites we went.       Hi Travel Triangle Team, This is the first time we are booking a trip from the travel triangle, and here is our honest feedback. 1. Hotel rooms are not up to the expectations. In all the places, Munnar, Houseboat at Alleppey and in Kovalam we faced issues with the Room cleanliness. a. Esp at Munnar the first 2 days of our trip, we didn't enjoy our room stay. This has been communicated to the agent already and no action has been taken. Bedsheets seemed to be used, bathrooms were not clean, not provided basic necessary things in the room like bathroom mat, towels, etc. b. Houseboat we got seemed to be very old, we could hear Rats running around on the Roof of Houseboat, this caused the wood powder to fall all over our beds and created an unpleasant experience. Bathrooms were pathetic and no Water heater provided in the bathrooms, we had to skip bath for a day coz of this. c. Kovalam stay and Unwind resort. Here rooms were decent compared to above two places, but again no Hot Water provided in the bathroom. Hotel boy helped us with a hand water heater for 1 bucket which takes forever to heat. The breakfast dining area in this resort is not at all good, not maintained well. 2. Food in all places apart from Munnar's At Wood Resort is fine. We were able to manage. Munnar's At Wood Resort food is not at all good. So, we had to look for food outside. 3. Driver assigned is helpful and showed us around all places well.

      Overall experience was good but there was one hotel booking which was more than worst hotel. Kindly remove that hotel from your list. Its unwind resort in kovalam. Also kindly have someone in the team who cn guide the customers where to go and what are the timings for the tourist places so that ppl dont waste time in these things. Rest all things were good. Person who booked our package was really helpful and was available all the time.

      I had booked Kerala trip from Godwin holidays, from discussing package, locations,hotels and cab everything was very smooth. I would like to appreciate efforts put by Nisha who was the coordinator for trip, she answered my zillion questions before trip and also was prompt in resolving issue faced at Kovalam hotel. One suggestion to Godwin is - on the way to Kovalam from munnar instead of keeping stay in Kovalam should have been at kanyakumari as we arrived Kovalam around evening and next day travelled to kanyakumari which ate up some time of sight seeing , if stay had been in kanyakumari , we could have saved some time in travel . We had choosen Hawa beach resort in Kovalam, the location of hotel is very very good , it's literally on th beach but quality of the rooms, bed,sheets is nt good. AC does not work, had to follow up with manager for getting it worked .The bed sheets were very rough and bubbles on all the sheets and was torn at some places. The hotel staff was prompt in changing sheets and ac help but seems they don't have clean and good sheets to provide . Hotel in munnar was amazing ,it's location, food ,staff everything was good Hotel in Alleppey , i.e was on island.It was also memorable stay. And not to forget, the driver Navas , he was very good ,soft spoken, genuine guy .Since we are vegetarian ,he took us to all veg restaurants as per our choice at all the locations. At last , I would suggest Godwin holidays to everyone who is planning for Kerala holiday

      Experience was really well but Driver dont know proper hindi and he is very lazy person. hotel in poovar was awesome and agent service also well. lady day of tour was very boring bcoz there was no any schedule for us. Kovlam and Poovar and verkala are the best places thanks Travel Triangle for the great memorable tour for us

      Trip was good..Though only low point was that hotel in Munnar i.e Spice Jungle was not good...The hotel was in delapidated state...broken and old furniture and not even providing mineral water bottles..Had to specifically ask for kettle as they did not provide that too...All other things were ok...And the worst part on the travel triangle team was that they did not provide the coupon vouchures and none of their customer service team were willing to help and even did not have the courtesy to call even once though they had appointed someone for our travel and even our calls were left unanswered by their team members...So pathetic service by travel triangle team..
