              Boat stay was great, but have to pay extra when we need AC few hours earlier. We went somewhat late but we still had lot of time to boat in the backwaters but crew didn't do. When it comes to places to see, we have to pay extra 4k to go for offroading in Munnar which is very high (This cost has to be informed to the customer priorly) so that we can plan a different place instead of going there. Overall, Munnar at wood resort stay was great! Boat stay room was too conjusted and AC is limited hours but food was great! Few travel agencies are providing drop location on the last day wherever you need, that has to be added as well. Thank you.

He picked us at Railway station and he has shown and explained significant things about the places in Kerala state and dropped till airport. House boat alloted at Allapey is decent. Cab service was good,nice arrangements in houseboat and even car driver Mr Rasheed was awesome. We would definitely plan out future trips thorugh "Back 2 travels".

              Issues with dirver - 1) communication issue due to language 2) insisted to go for many options E g. boat ride in kochin was unnecessary. Wasted Rs. 3K. We had so many better boating options in Alleppey, and driver knew our itinerary. Also he insisted a lot for Jeep ride and adventure programme in Munnar which we did not want! In case we had opted these options, we would have missed many points in itinerary! 3) driver added his breakfast and lunch bill in our bill multiple times. He asked money for lunch on dat of our boat stay! 4) Driver was playing local songs all the time in cab It wasn't professional at all! Alleppey stay was great and unique!

              would rate this trip as 3 because of 3 reasons: 1. Hotel Room : even after making the bookings 1.5 months before , the room allotted was quite noisy and had no scope of change 2. House Boat: was provided at kumarkum even though the address says Alleppye. and KumarKum is remote place and has nothing to do in the evening time 3. Not allowing us to visit Alleppye even after making multiple request
