Arrangement is very good as promised. In hotel and boathouse service is good. But complimentary food in both resort and boathouse is very simple and normal food. Not even kerala spl food. That is like idly dosa, rice Dhal. If it would be kerala food or any spl food that would be great. Candle light dinner complimentary promised was not happened. But I have something to tell that the package didn't cover what we had expected but i spent additional money to make my family enjoy. Also u didn't share us the schedule as I asked you many times. You didn't tell us what time we are booked at the hotel. We arrive at Ernakulam junction at 4am morning. But my room was booked at 11am. I already asked abt my schedule to travel triangle as well as mm travels. Lot of communication gaps and no proper response.

Kerala trip is okay . Our assign driver is okay not up to the mark but he has to improve his attitude ,driving is good control . But as per Itinerary everyday two water bottle will provide in the cab but they haven't provide that after we request several time second day only they provide ,the 1st day in munnar was driver is taken in to some theme park it was wasting our time , why we went to munnar to seen natural like mountain and lake & dam etc , If we want to go theme park we can go separate trip for that why we need to go munnar for that , last day was good we book jeep safari and went to echo point and some other good places which we organized personally . Trip Sailer communication is good and recommended for to go Kerala .Hotel is not up to the mark as trail sailer is promising hotel room will book supreme but when we reach to the hotel they give us classic room Hope we will look forward for the next trip in trip sailer

The trip was smooth a very friendly and polite driver and the cab was very good, we enjoyed the trip overall, only problem was the hotel room at Alleppey No TV connection was provided Hot water was not available Bad smell outside the room The food was very bad (dinner) though breakfast was ok, The receptionist was never attended any of the problem they just kind of took us for granted and didn't address any of our queries. Munnar stay was nice, overall the sightseeing places were very good, it was all possible because of the very polite and good driver.

So overall the package and the plan provide by Alia is good. I am very happy with the execution of the plan in real time. So first related hotel: The place is located is little far from the munnar town,but the surrounding with the nature and the environment is very pleasant and very peaceful.Room service is really awesome. Onething hotel can improve is providing the variety of food. Specially for the dinner , mostly menu related to junk food. Menu like South Indian related food also can provide like kids eatable foods . because room is located little far from town. Boat house : Really nice boat provided by indiavacation agent. It's really good and the room too very clean and spacious. Food providing in the boat house is very limited. Since I have booked sharing boat , the menu variety is good ,but providing very limited .if case if you go lately means about 5 to 10 mins late u can't get food , should eat what remaining is available. The menu should prepare accordingly based on the members available in the hotel , for 15 members ,the food is being prepared for only 12 persons. Sightseeing - most of the placed covered in the packages,overall good Cab driver: The role of the driver is like travel guide , since he's guiding our trip , where we should and visit he will decide , because he knows most of the places in the tour.but i got like he's not even speaking and also not guiding anything related to the sightseeing spots and he aware during peak time ,crowd will be there . But he hesitate to travel to sightseeing, if he's interested i could cover more sightseeing spots , but unfortunately not happens like that. So overall my rating will be 7/10
