Hotel booked for Munnar stay is located well before (10KM) the Munnar. When reached to the booked stay place we were asked to go 3 kms away from that place and so we are giving some other place to stay than the one that is booked. Allappey house boat stay is good. Not an excellent cab service, but it is good. Overall the vacation is good.

Cab was clean and driver was professional and always on time , helped us every step of the way. Munnar hotel had beautiful view and good food. Houseboat staff was really good and helpful , food was amazing.. although houseboat condition could have been better , it needs improvement in terms of upkeep .. over all it was amazing trip and we loved every bit of it.

After our trip, we felt that it wasn't worth for that much money particularly while off season in munnar. Regarding hotel, there wasn't much variety in food ( I'm saying because earlier I have stayed in another hotel which is located at the hot place of munnar, where I saw lot of varieties at low cost comparing to this hotel). I have asked for scenic stay but seven springs is not the one.

Trip was well arranged by trip sailorcom. Everything was well arranged as per our requirement. I specially want to mention the name of the driver who took us around, Mr. Francis Joseph. I am really thankful to Joseph Uncle that he made the whole travel enjoyable for me and my friends. I strongly recommend everyone going to Kerala for their next trip, insist for Joseph Uncle. He took us around every place possible in our tight schedule. One day he has to do overtime with us but he did not complaint once. He showed us around like a relative and made us feel safe and protected. I also want to thank travel triangle's trip guide Uvesh for suggesting me the Houseboat when i was thinking about Munnar only. Houseboat was a must experience. I would have missed it if it was not suggested by Uvesh..So Thanks Uvesh and ofcourse thanks travel triangle.

This was our first trip with Great Indian Vacations and it lived up to our very high expectations. It was a wonderfully organized trip with beautiful house boat and swimming spots, great hikes, and fascinating lectures on the region and history. The Resort and house boat ⛵ was beautiful, comfortable, and excellently crewed. The guide Cum driver (Mohammed Yousuf)was wonderfully informed and participated enthusiastically in all the activities. A shout-out also to the local guides who each brought their own perspective. Our family of 10 had a 4 days trip to munnar-alleppy-athirapally falls. Everything went as planned. Cab driver was great, he was quite understanding and covered most of the places. Hotel rooms were satisfactory, ambience and view from there was great. Only problem was one room's bathroom heater & lighting wasn't working. The house boat we travelled was also quite neat, staff was so friendly. Food was tasty and also they arranged a shikara boat when we asked so that we could travel to inner canals of vembanadan-kumarakam lake Happy about our whole trip!

We had a good experience with Namaskaram Travels. Hotels quality and car driver was as per what was promised to us, however car provided could have been of better quality. In Munnar, Hotel we had problem of leakage from ceiling in the bathroom and another problem we faced was TV didn’t show Hindi channels in most hotels we stayed at during our trip down south. The driver we had was very informative and accommodative plus very helpful. The car was not very powerful so it was tough for the driver in Munnar to climb the steep slope on which the hotel was located We had lovely views if the tea and coffee plantations in both Munnar and Thekkady and the view from hotel in Munnar was very good. We found the car driver provided for the journey very helpful. The Kerala trip was memorable and gives us happy memories with lots of photos to remember it by. Thank you Namaskaram Travels
