She was very helpful in finding me the perfect itinerary at the best price. The overall trip experience was very good. The hotel's which were provided were amazing.         Our trip to Uttarakhand was very good. It was arranged by Mr Deepak, he booked all the hotels rooms, river rafting in Rishikesh and Jim Corbett safari. Whatever he communicated he was able to deliver it, but we had cab break down initially. Later he arranged a new cab and gave a good driver. I would recommend this travel agent as he is very kind and very responsive to your questions. Service is very good. One suggestions would be to give better cabs which are in running conditions and also communicate with the tourists about which place that are planned on daily basis.

        Loved the Hotels in Mussoorie and Corbett, Driver was very polite, on time and well behaved. Disappointed however with Hotels in Rishikesh (No proper service and food was average) and Nainital (No Wi-fi)

        Hotels were not justified for the price. Cab guy was prompt asked for Parking charges & Toll we Refused as per Policy. Agent Isha raj was helpful throughout. Experience was Satisfactory as per the Quotation. But could have given better advice based on the locatity there was a hussle by the cab driver for booking at various Routes not in accordance.

        The experience was really better yhan expectations.The way trip was planned was really awesome and effortless.Price of the trip was really budget friendly. The things can be improved - 1.Trihari hotel in rishikesh was aweful and we not at all liked the rooms there so please change that hotel. 2.Cab driver was friendly but while returning his cab got into issue and we had to wait for 5 hours to repair it from mechanic. Mussorrie was a next level experience . Kempty fall,George Everest peak was also a very good sunset spot. Dalai Hills was an surprise spot which was worth visiting please add that in Mussorrie trip. And also Rishikesh river rafting,Nainital was also mesmerizing.

        I am highly disappointed because we had a day stay at Jim Corbet, where there are 4 gates for saffari. We were taken somewhere else in the name of safari. I checked online before our trip and there was sufficient availability in zones. Why should someone visit Jim corbet if there is no saffari? Stay at mussurie was comfortable, it was nice property with hill view room

Kavita and kailash from travel agency both were in touch with us through out the trip to ensure our journey was smooth. Driver was really good. Very polite and friendly. Hotels were okies except the one for Rishikesh. On a nutshell we loved the journey thoroughly and hoping to have association with Insight trip for future trips too.

        Hotels were great. As I expected. Food was good. Can driver was not aware of the route from Delhi to nainital. I was guiding him throughout the route. And at times he was not even listening to me. That resulted in slight delay. Agent was helpful throughout the trip. Only cons was we were not able to visit the said zones in jungle safari. Instead we were taken to a nature zone. Overall trip was good. Could have more better. Chilled nainital. Yummy food. Horse riding, and many more
