Hotel & Hotel Staff was very good. Cab provided by travel agent was not upto the mark & as expected by me. Cab was little dirty. It was not premium as I demanded at the time of booking. Also I paid extra charges for parking each time, it is also not cleared by travel agent at the time of booking. Trip Adviser was not picking up the call.

It was a good trip supported by aapka Tripwala I had visited Dehradun Mussoorie dhanaulti. Just want to draw attention if agent provide us timings of sightseeing in itinerary ,it will be great help for traveler.

Overall, our trip was very enjoyable. The stay at Hotel The Urmi in Haridwar was outstanding, with comfortable rooms, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. In contrast, the hotel in Mussoorie didn’t match the same high standard—though the balcony offered a beautiful scenic view, the rest of the experience felt lacking compared to Haridwar. Our driver was courteous and professional, and the support we received from Travel Trail Holidays was prompt and reliable. Additionally, Travel Triangle provided consistent and valuable assistance throughout the journey.

The accommodation provided by the travel agent was superb. Hospitality of wild flower cottage was amazing. Nice cozy place. But the cab driver was not at all good. He just refused to go anywhere and also was bad driver for hills which was clearly visible as he was least confident . He always denied going simple places. He killed e entire holiday mood for us. As a result we spent a lot of our money in local taxis for the places which was mentioned in the Itinerary. Overall the package was nicely designed only if the can driver was good ,our weekend holiday could have been perfect.

You guys really need to work on your policies, the things you mention in your package were not provided to me . Also there is too much communication gap between the driver and your team I had to call the agent at 1:30 am in night for clearing confusion about charges when I was coming back to the trip . Same thing happened when I started my journey . The driver had no idea for how many days we had booked their cab and also he was unaware about the amount that it was already prepaid .

We went to Uttrakand trip . Shivam Tripathi From PC TOURS has contacted us with the quotation and the quotation were best in the market. Its always a challenge to manage such a big group but I must say trip was very well organised and both Shivam and Ayushi were quite responsive and always available for any kind of help we needed throughout the tour. The driver cum guide Shubash was best we had till date. Very polite and calm in nature . All the hotels Highland were very good. Everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed and had lot of fun. Not a single complaint from anyone. I would really recommend to try "uttrakand trip" for your tour Thanks a Lot PC TOUR TEAM

The hotel was not that good but the food is very delicious. The cab driver is very polite and helpful. But I am not satisfied with the travel agents as they didn't respond to neither calls nor messages

It was a very well planned , coordinated and managed trip. Everything was perfect, the hotel was neat and clean, the cab driver was very friendly . he was experienced enough to coverage all the areas as mentioned in the itinerary. In short, everything was perfect and smooth.

Overall trip was fine but we faced a couple of issues .Our travel agent sent the different bus on which we were agreed ,then for changing that bus it took around 3-4 hours due to which we missed a lot of Mussoorie's sightseeing .and Kanatal was quite nice but our driver was not coordinating at all.

The experience of booking the trip for my parents through travel triangle was not good in terms of reliability. They outsourced itvto some agent called tripsailor who was based in Delhi and the agents were very rude. Secondly none of the mobile numbers givenb to us to contact worked as they were out of reach or temporarily disconnected.Before the trip u felt i was duped for the money as they were not responsible to contact us .I am really disappointed with this kind of service.1 day before the trip i gad to make 10 calls back and forth to tripsailor and travel triangle.

All things were good in trip but only regret with Hotel room. It was too small compare than others hotels like you just enter and over. Bed is also too small to accommodate 3 persons (male, female and 2 yrs child) Ambience of resort and peacefulness.
