              First thing first no Itinerary details of the trip was given to the driver. He has no idea where we are going. The Resort at the Mussoorie was Excellent, Peaceful & Beautiful. To my surprise my hotel at the Dehradun was not booked.I had to change 3 hotels at Dehradun that was painful & disgusting. I had booked a 3 star hotels but the condition of the hotel at Dehradun to which I was shifted was 3rd class & later I was shiffted to a business hotel that was not at par . The cab was good. The resort & weather at the Mussoorie was very good. The location of the hotel at Rishikesh was hard to get but it was worth it

              We had a nice trip with help of Mithila travel. They had booked taxi with very good driver. There was slight modification in the last day trip plan that we disappointed in the last day trip. Other wise it was very good trip with many places.

              The overall trip to Uttarakhand was great. But there were certain experiences which kind of ruined our experience with Travel Traingle. Your executive Bhavna Agrawal was very supportive and cooperative. Hotels at Dehradun and Mussorie were excellent. Hotel Narayan Inn at Rishikesh was not upto the mark and not according to the price we paid. We had paid for 3 to 4 star hotels and this hotel was not even a 2-star hotel and had poor service. The various drivers assigned for the trip were quite helpful and cooperative. However, the cab provided for the major part part of the trip, from Dehradun to Rishikesh was a disaster. The cab's AC was not working even on the plains (as promised). Also there was a lot of confusion involved between the cab provider agency and driver and also we were being bothered by the agency owner, Ms. Payal Arora. She spoke to me very disrespectfully on call and was continuously calling the driver and misleading him creating a lot of issues. Would request Travel Triangle to not work with such agents and eventually hamper your company's image. Due to such an experience, we will have second thoughts for planning another trip with Travel Triangle.

Our hotel in Hrishikesh hotel Trihari was clean and food was good but hotel did not have facility of hot water also this hotel does not provide any kind of facilities to drivers like hot water, blanket etc.

              My mussoorie trip was amazing and delightful. Mr. Shivam Tripathi from Pc tour and travels did more than I expected and did everything he could do to make my trip the best one. He is good organiser and cooperative person. Hotel Highland which he provided was quite good, food was excellent too. Car Driver Mr. Khem Singh is a jolly person, helped us whenever and wherever we needed. He did more than he could do. He took us places where we could get good food and pictures spots.               It was an amazing trip to Shimla and Manali and a special thanks to Mr Akshay from Travel triangle for perfectly scheduling our trip. To start with , they guided us to built a excellent trip itenary. Accommodation provided by them at both the locations were good. Also the Cab arrangements (airport pick up and drop) was on time. As we had booked our flights from Delhi, travelling was bit of hectic to reach manali, but cab driver, made sure, there was stoppage at good hotels for every 3 hours once, so that we could rejuvenate ourself. Even the cab driver (Mr Rana) was guiding us about the safety in each place. Thanks travelvtriangle holidays. This trip was will always be remembered.

              The trip was good overall , but we missed the Nainital zoo and the Jim Corbett safari because of the travel agents mistake .. and also we paid ₹950/- was parking and toll which was included in our package and we were told it will be refunded but not received it yet … these were the only hiccups.. the rest everything was good and we enjoyed the trip The Jim Corbett hotel - iris was excellent And trihari hotel in Rishikesh has the best staff in terms of hospitality .. we enjoyed our stay there
