        The hotel at mysore spektrum suites not good. Bathroom not clean and no maintenance. All taps were leaking. Staff at reception very rude. Communication gap between cab driver and travel agent regarding places to be covered which happened late in the night and we having anxious moments. Cab had technical problems. We didn't take breakfast at spektrum suites Mysore, which was included in the package. Despite that the hotel charged for one tea taken by me. Service needs a lo of improvement. Overall ok trip. Felt it was overpriced and we didn't get value for money. Hope you improve with the feedback. Ooty to Conoor train journey. Lady helping us out late in the night sorting out the issue for Conoor trip.

        It was an amazing experience with travel triangle. Hotels were nice and clean especially Ooty one. Driver Chethan was good and on time. He used to plan day wise places for us and we were really impressed with his driving skills. Kudos to Swati who helped us to plan an entire trip.

        Hi Agent, It was a nice and joyful trip. But we have some regrets from your end Actually we have planned our tour plan from 10-03-24 to 13-03-24. But unfortunately we had missed our flight. So that we have requested our travel agent please make a change of our tour plan from 11-03-24 to 14-03-24. But they have charged 4000 rupees to change the tour plan. Is that correct to charge that huge amount.

        Till Ooty planning was nice, also enjoyed toy train suggestion, but travel agent didn't plan mysore trip well, had to rush to mysore and the journey was terrible. Took almost 6 hrs to reach bcoz of road work, travel agent should also keep up with construction work going on route and suggest accordingly. Overall experience was satisfactory Botanical garden visit and eating maggi with my family on dolphin point was magical

        4 DAYS trip to mysore and ooty - Booked this trip from All india holiday- Package was reasonable. Overall experience was very good only one suggestion agent / travel triangle should make full payment to cab and hotel before checkout. Sachin harsh and Rahul are very cooperative. Also I was expecting call from travel triangle staff - Sujata which was never received. Thanks all india holiday &TT team

        Our Driver Harsha Vardhan assigned for the entire trip did an amazing job. Special appreciation to him for making our trip memorable and easy. Our package was good but the itinerary could have been better with Coonoor toy train on last day rather than 3rd day as we had to comeback to Ooty all the way. And again go to the same route to reach Coimbatore airport. Hotel La Ruchi de Prince was very good including the wide range of delicious breakfast and the 5 star services. When we reached Hotel Kemps cave in Ooty on our 2nd day, we were shifted to Hotel Baron beside it but the rooms were good as per 3 star. But the food needs to be improved a lot as the dinner we had there was not that great. Due to which on 3rd day we had dinner at Anand Bhavan and it was super delicious. Overall it was a good experience and a memorable family trip. Ooty Lake boating was good. Pykara Waterfalls and lake can be avoided. Mysore palace was very photogenic. Mysore Zoo was good but you need atleast 2-3 hours to roam there.

        While Ooty entrance there is E-pass required, ur driver was not aware of this. Tempo Traveler is not allowed to enter Ooty b4 evening, which was not informed to us by ur agent. We being Advocate requested Police Officer, who allowed us to enter otherwise ur driver parked his vehicle and asked us to take auto from that point and to bear the expenses. Driver was good but we felt that he tried to take us to places as per itinerary, due to which, we had not seen 2-3 places. Hotel at coorg was not good and moreover it was more than 30 kms away 4m Coorg. It was located at Outskirts of coorg.

        Cab was average, because ac was not working properly 1st day hotel was very good , 3rd day was bellow average and 2nd day was worst because of frequent power cut un available of airconditioner and limited availability of hot water from 7-10 only and that also not hot also

        Cab and driver caused a chaos on the trip. Driver kept mentioning that he is not paid for meals. Even driver was changed last day. No proper communication on vehicle change. Driver didn't convey the itinerary amongst themselves. Changing the itinerary caused a lot of confusion. When the trip started driver wasnt aware of itinerary change. Vehicle could have been better. Mys-blr driver/vehicle owner seemed to be in a hurry, drove above 100 speed. Knowing that senior citizens were on board.

        CAB and Driver is good, driver has planned the places well and covered as per Itinerary. On the way, he has also explained about the places while driving in Mysore and Ooty. Hotel Delightz Inn is ok only (Don't go for it if you're more than 2 Adults). Room is very tight with no chair to sit and place the luggage, free breakfast is not that level as not much options when compared to others. Roopa elite is recommended hotel, breakfast is superb. After seeing the places and travel, hotels, trip seems bit costly. Time constraint to visit Ooty places Overall, felt that package is bit costly but went smooth from start to end

        Good choice of hotels. Our entire journey was smooth... Right from pick up from Mysore Railway Station to Coorg, Coorg to Mysore and drop at Mysore Railway Station. The driver had thorough knowledge of the local sightseeing places both in Coorg and Mysore. He was very patient and courteous.
