        Hustle free travel since everything was already booked. Would have been better if first hotel was in Nainital instead of Bhimtal. Overall a good experience. Food taste of Resort was not that good but the ambience was very peaceful.

        The best hotel was Kaushani best inm, would request hotels in Munsiyari and Ranikhet to arrange for pedestal stand fans. The weather was extreme even in the hills Enjoyed the trip!

        I had booked Uttarakhand (Nainital, Bhimtal, Ranikhet, JimCorbett, Mussorie, Dehradun) Trip in November 2021 and I was slightly hesitant initially as my mother was travelling alone. However, all the arrangements done by Prabha ji for Driver, Hotel, Safari Trip were amazing. She was always available on call during the Trip and helped resolve all queries promptly. She also helped me modify my trip plan after booking to better suit my needs. Driver Pridap kumar was also very polite and helped my mother a lot.         Travel was okay. Cab driver was worst among the whole trip. No respect towards customer, doesn't listen and lie a lot. It seemed that driver paid for holiday,we had to listen to him and he didn't have patience or maturity to understand something. He drivers extremely fast or very slow. Doesn't really bother about anyone. At last travel agent also was supporting him with out teaching driver some manners. Hotels and food was good. Planning could be better.         Booked a trip to uttarakhand with Tripsailer. The bookings were hassle free and Preethi handled the itinerary customizations as per my interest. She booked the cab, driver, safari, hotels and any sightseeing details. I was travelling alone and hence she had taken care of the safety aspect as well. She also mentioned she would be available on call during my trip. I had to just call her once for safari driver confirmation which she immediately took care. I enjoyed the trip stress free. The hotels though it says 4 star, may not really have the amenities of a 4* hotel. I did not do enough research and asked to book hotels that were suggested by some other agent's itinerary. They were decent and had very good views from the rooms. But I felt you could find better and cleaner hotels for that price. The sunrise view from kausani and seeing the himalayan range from the hotel room balcony was amazing!!!
