        It was a good package provided by the travel agent. But am little disappointed for the travel guide provided by travel triangle. During my journey, I called my guide Kaif Alam, but he neither received my call nor called me back. Somehow the matter was resolved. I also tried to call travel triangle customer care, but there also my call was not attended. This was unprofessional and not expected from Travel Trangle. Otherwise my trip was good.

        I was planning a trip for my brother Honeymoon ,then I visited Travel Triangle.I quoted for many of the destination like Leh ladhak,Rishikesh ,sikkim,gangtok,darjeeling and nanital almora.I received many quotes for the same.Finally I decided Nainital,Bhimtal and Mukestwar trip. I visited there office ,it was a very warm welcome.I was provided data n details by Executive Jyoti and Head Saurabh.They Ensured me with all the bookings and safety with cabs and travel.We mutually filtered many hotels with breakfast and there distance from one place to another and agreed on some good hotels.Due to Covid the marriage was postponed and they have still secure my Voucher with some installment amount .They also provided hotel stay at Midnight at kathgodam apart from trip schedule due to emergency .All over the stay was good,enjoyable and safe .All sight seeings trip were included in the trip.Halted at places at per concern.Thanks to Jyoti and Saurabh for follow Ups and providing such a memorable trip.

        1. Had a bad experience with Rio Grand hotel at nainital. 2. Expected to provide service of 3 star hotel but unfortunately came to know that it is 1 star. 3. Room walls has a seepage problem and even plaster kept falling. 4. Dinner was not provided according to expectation and Ops manager kept on ignoring the clause that was decided before in the trip with agent. On a positive note, I was satisfied with Vishakha palace provided at Kausani. Note- Before finalizing the trip, agent should keep us informed about the facilities that will be provided in the rooms. While doing check-in ,we came to room heaters are exclusive from package.

        Lack of communication between the travel agent, hotel and the cab driver, driver was not even informed about the hotel name, in the second hotel we stayed no preparations were made, and the hospitality we received was very poor, the payment from the travel agent to the hotel was not made until we finished the Jeep safari, even though it's a internal issue between hotel and agent but the hotelier wasn't treated us well wherein we have paid the full amount.

        Travel was okay. Cab driver was worst among the whole trip. No respect towards customer, doesn't listen and lie a lot. It seemed that driver paid for holiday,we had to listen to him and he didn't have patience or maturity to understand something. He drivers extremely fast or very slow. Doesn't really bother about anyone. At last travel agent also was supporting him with out teaching driver some manners. Hotels and food was good. Planning could be better.
