Overall the Holiday Booking experience was above average with Travel Triangle. I would list out some concerns that we faced during our vacation. 1. Vehicle Type & Quality- We were assigned a Dezire Car which had CNG fitted inside. Because of this we were unable to keep any of our luggage inside the boot space. Had to keep all the Luggages on top , and every time there was rain it was inconvenience to put tarpaulin. Secondly because of CNG , every time a refilling was needed all the passengers had to step out of the vehicle which was again inconvenient and uncomfortable. 2. Guidance about the Holiday Destinations: A better guidance was needed from the Holiday planner about the choices of the places we had selected in our itinerary. We were not able to cover 2 places in our itinerary because of excessive hilly terrain throughout the route. We had to modify our trip with additional costs incurred by us. Also no refund was provided for the Hotels which we couldn't stay and for the Journey distance which was reduced.

We were looking for a holiday and wanted a relaxing, rejuvenating, and adventurous trip. Mr Sonu from Adventuremania understood the requirement and planned the itinerary accordingly. We had great fun and enjoyed each location without rushing through sightseeing points, as each location was planned well, and ample time was given for us to explore the place. All of us had a lot of fun and enjoyed the trip. Thank you, Adventuremania, for planning the trip so well and making our holidays great. We will treasure these memories throughout our lives. Hotels are very good with good food and all the other services are also very good. Travel agent and cab drivers are professional and very polite. Cab driver was very efficient in his driving skills. I had very great time and good experience.

My recent Uttarakhand trip covering Mussorie, Auli, Corbett and Nainital was an amazing experience. Krishna Holidays took care of all the arrangements right from my pick up from Delhi to dropping me off back in Delhi. Nisha from Krishna Holidays is a wonderful organiser and she has been on top of it right from day one. My initial trip was booked in April'2020 however due to the pandemic I had to reschedule it to December and Krishna Holidays took care of all of that without any issues. Due to the current situation I had requested them to work around the vehicle arrangement from Delhi as I wasn't comfortable using a Delhi vehicle. Mr. Nitin from Krishna Holidays personally came in his own vehicle to pick me up from Delhi Airport and dropped me at Dehradun where our Innova Crysta was already waiting to commence the planned journey from thereon. Following are some of their key highlights. 1. Excellent customer service right from start to end 2. Giving that personal touch professionally 3. Excellent Itinerary planning 4. Good hotel selection (could be a little better though at a couple of places) 5. Flexible and accommodative I would highly recommend Krishna Holidays and I myself will surely go with them again for all my future vacations as well. Huge thanks to Nisha and Krishna Holidays for making this trip wonderful and a memorable vacation.

CHD helped us plan our 7 day trip to Uttarakhand (Mussorie, Tehri, Nainital, Jim Corbett, Haridwar). Had a good discussion during planning, quoted price was reasonable so we went ahead. They messaged driver details before the trip. Our driver (Vinit) was very helpful and friendly and was with us for full 7 days. His driving was safe and car was comfortable Only thing for improvement is the plan for each location mentioned all possible locations to visit which was not possible in the given duration. You will need to discuss with driver and decide what are the possible options to visit in given time. We had a great and enjoyable trip overall and would like to thank CHD for their help.

Hotels are far away from destination.. like 10 to 12 km. Support from travel agent was not so satisfactory. Best trip enjoyed with family. Cab driver was so helping and cooperative. Maximum point covered.

I booked a package to Uttarakhand for 10 days. Uma helped in planning it. She is always accessible and helps wherever possible during the trip. Most of the trip was good. The driver, Lakhwinder was very polite and honest. He returned a gold ring that we had lost when he found it in the car. He drove carefully and safely. While most of the hotels were good, the one at Nainital was 28 km away from the hill station. A closer hotel is preferred. Food was good at all the hotels.

We had very good experience overall in our 9 days Uttarakhand trip encompassing Jim Corbett- Ranikhet-Kausani-Nainital. The trip was organized by Holiday Fusion. Everything was properly arranged - Hotels, Cars, Tours, Safari at Corbett etc. Our car was a new Ertiga with driver Ramish. He was good, punctual and drove us through out the week. Hotels were nice and rooms were good too. Food served at the hotels was also good. Special thanks to Vijaya from Holiday Fusion for organizing the trip. Will recommend Holiday Fusion to other travellers.

We are regular customers of Travel triangle. Earlier, we have visited places like Darjeeling, Manali, Bhutan etc. This time, we have chosen Uttarakhand tour in the Kumaon region. We selected Uttarakhand experts on the basis of their quick customized quotes. Mr. Mayank of UE explained and convinced us. Their driver Yusuf was excellent. He took us around the tourist places through narrow roads safely. Hotels and resorts were in good locations and the room services and food were very good. We explored the new places and enjoyed the entire trip. Our friends family which came alongwith us also enjoyed a lot. Thanks to Mr Shrishant of Travel triangle and Mr. Mayank, Mr. Kunal and Mr Yusuf of Uttarakhand experts. We liked the Ganga Aarti on the 1st day at Rishikesh. We also enjoyed the Bhalu ghad waterfalls at Nainital. We also liked the adventurous sports at Nakuchiatal lake.
