The first 3 days of the tour were excellent. The divine and serene places were just amazing.. Our trip later was marred by unexpected heavy rains and winds. Had to take up road journeys as flights were cancelled. But Mr. Sumit from Snowyoda was constantly in touch with us and he made sure we had a smooth journey, comfortable stay and delicious food. The last minute cancellations and bookings were done meticulously. He made sure we had a memorable and wonderful experience. Thanks Sumit, thanks Snowyoda. and thanks Travel triangle. The icing on the cake was the refund given to us for the cancelled flights without much bickering. Highly recommended.

Our trip to Nepal was a mixed bag of memorable and things that could have been avoided. Let me start with the positives first: 1. Mr. Tripathi had structured the trip well. He had optimised the routes to ensure we spent more time sightseeing than on the road travelling. 2. The paper work for entry to Nepal was quick and we did not face any issue there. 3. The hotel bookings too were seamless and we did not find any issues during check-in and check-out. 4. He stood by to most of his commitments and was always a patient listener. 5. The driver knew the Nepal map at the back of his head and drove safely. The things that could have been better are: 1. The driver should be made aware of all the places that are to be covered. There were certain places that we were told to us but the driver wasn't aware and it always led to confusion. It always ended up with a call to Mr. Tripathi, thus wasting some time during the trip. 2. The driver had a habit of misleading us and had several conflicting arguments to avoid visiting a place despite having promised to us by the agent. He either acted unaware or said that the place wasn't accessible to Indian cabs or he wasn't aware of the route. All these excuses were proven to be lies as he subsequently blurted out that he had visited the place earlier. 3. The driver looked into his comfort than ours, he would first find a parking spot and then make us walk a considerable distance instead of dropping us at the gate and then finding a spot to park. I'm stating this as my parents are old and it was an issue making them walk the extra mile. 4. The driver had a bad habit of chewing pan masala and rolling down the window from time to time to spit out the same. Not only was it annoying but my dad sitting at the back seat was never able to open his side of the window due to this unhygienic behaviour. 5. On day 1, due to the pt. 2 we couldn't see many temples of Lumbini from inside as the place closes by 5:00 pm. On the last day to avoid visiting Doleshwar temple the driver lied that the temple we saw at Darbar Square was the one that we were looking for.

Hotels/stay was good. Cab & driver service was good & in time. Pick & drops were in time. Travel agent was easy to contact. Only issue is transfer to Pokhara from Kathmandu. Feels misguided on this issue. Travel agent should have informed about road conditions. It took 13 hours 8am to 9pm to reach Pokhara from Kathmandu & journey was so tiring & uncomfortable because of bad roads & traffic jams. Whole day was wasted in bad travel. I had to take flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu for return journey & had to pay extra for that day for pick up & local sightseeing, which costed me more than 10K. Plus mental tension & discomfort.

I recently traveled to Nepal, covering Kathmandu, Nagarkot, and Pokhara. I am very thankful to Mr. Bhagwat for all the arrangements, including Pasupathi Nath Temple Darshan and other famous places. The trip was a dream come true Mr. Bhagwat planned a perfect trip with excellent accommodations. All the transportation was on time with a good cab and driver. Mr. Bhagwat was personally taking care of each and everything, and he was just a phone call away for anything we need. He is a fantastic person who guided us as well for the excellent shopping places. He provided a very dedicated service with proper follow-up. The only regret from this tour that we missed to view Mount Everest our flight got canceled due to bad weather; however, we got all the refunds. Thanks to the Himalayan tour agency, I will highly recommend them to others who are planning their trips to Nepal.

I booked the Nepal trip for my parents and I was a little skeptical about it as my parents never traveled without us. So I was worried about how they will manage each and everything. So I put up a query on "Travel Triangle" and found 2-3 tour operators, of them I chose "We Care Holidays" as when I talked to Ms. Nirmala, she seemed quite confident while preparing the itinerary and she also assured about the safety and well being for my parents. From airport to the hotel, all the transfers, all the arrangements were really good. Hotels were clean and up to the mark. My parents loved it, and in future, if I want to travel to Nepal I will definitely go with "We Care Holidays" again. I would recommend Ms. Nirmala from "We Care Holidays" if anyone wants to go to Nepal. She will prepare an awesome itinerary for your trip. And nothing to worry about if parents (or old age people) are traveling alone.
