Hotels were good. Breakfast shall be served in Northeast by 7am, as sunrises at 5.30am. Menu beyond Guwahati shall include beyond puri- bhaji Drivers were sincere and polite. Tobacco chewing is prevalent in northeast which shall be controlled among drivers. Ms.Nikitha was very prompt and resolved all issues expeditiously Everything

Except food at Shillong, we enjoyed a lot at all places Thanks to Reify and special thanks to Ms Nikita Chauhan for arranging our trip in a great way.

Trip was very good and enjoyable. Cab and driver also good and quite cooperative. Support from the travel agent, Indeman travels was quite good. Most of the hotels were good. However, we faced a problem in hotel Stream side Cottage at Mawlynnong where our booking was given away to other people and we were denied the rooms in the hotel. We had to call Indeman travels several times and finally after 3 hrs of struggle we were provided some alternative rooms in another location by the Manager of the hotel. The behaviour of the hotel Manager was very good as he made the alternative arrangements and served the dinner there. Also, in the itenerary, the booking for the 2nd and 5th night was at Treetops Residency at Shillong. On the 5th night when we arrived at Treetops Residency to our utter surprise we found that there is no booking in our name in this hotel. We I called Indeman Travels they informed that our booking was at another hotel, La Castle. However this was not clearly mentioned in the itenerary nor this information was given to the driver. Hence we had to once again pack our luggages and go to hotel La Castle. Apart from the above the trip was quite enjoyable. Indeman travels coordinator, Mr. Gaurav Pandey was also very supportive and helpful. The waterfalls, Roots bridge and the scenic beauty was exotic and memorable. The River Brahmaputra cruise was also quite enjoyable.

Overall trip managed by Heavan Mount travel is excellent. Mr.Sunny always on call during our trip. Hotels arranged by travel is very good. Only, problem with Cab driver.He is not co operative at all & less experienced what i feel. Enjoyed beautiful nature of Meghalaya.

Very good experience, thank you for beautiful memories. Also special thanks to Nikita ji, who planned the trip very nicely. she has very good knowledge of the area (each and everything she knows). She guided us and helped us create the itinerary and was just one call away for any query or confusion. Only one suggestion : Driver should be aware about the places tourists are going to visit like he should be aware about restaurants(depending on the preferences Veg/Non-veg) and how much time its going to take to cover any place.

Customised quotes was good. But the second driver was rude and in anger mood on the very first day of the trip. We have missed Umiam lake because this driver had not told us the closing time of this lake. Moreover, he had not told us the time of the places to be covered on day 1. At last, he started shouting at my dad for small reason at Police Bazaar. So, we requested to change the driver and he took all the places covered which are mentioned in quotes except the Dawki Village. This driver was good but we were disappointed that he didn’t take us to the Dawki village opposite to Umngot river on the same day when we visited River. Hotel room and bathroom in Guwahati was not good as it was small as compared to the photos in website. 1. Garden of caves - beauty waterfalls and caves 2. Mawsmai caves - scaring but beautiful cave inside 3. Don Bosco Museum - beautiful sky walk

Recently my friend and I (2 women) travelled to Kaziranga, Shillong and Cherrapunji with the help of Travel arrangements made by Nikita Chauhan from Reify. Nikita was very diligent from the time the quotes were shared. She always responded to our queries and concerns. Nikita shared the details of hotels and got our confirmation before booking. Earlier we were planning to travel as a group of 4 and later on it came down to 2. We conveyed this to Nikita and she was very supportive in changing the accommodation plan as per our requirements. Since we were just 2 women travelling we wanted to prioritise safety and Nikita helped us in booking with a really good drive Mr. Rajib Boro who helped us navigate easily. We felt safe even when the rains were bad, our Driver reached out to other drivers on the road and took us on a safe route. Our travel was really one to remember for. Thanks to Nikita for this well planning and also to checking on us if we are comfortable during the journey.

Great planning done by Indeman Travel agency. Experience with local driving agency allocated for this trip was bit unhappy, driver came to pickup late by half an hour and there was no proper co-ordination in between driver and management of driver agency. Driver himself was not much happy with his team and was complaining with us about this throughout the journey. Apart from this, everything else was beautiful. Hotels and travel spots were trully amazing. One must visit North East India to have mesmerising memories and unbelievable experience.
