Driver was driving at a pace which was not comfortable. We had to remind him to driver slower. Also driver at times did not drop us at the required points and droped us short of the point. He was not aware of the local points to visit . We had to search out the points . Many locations which were part of our schedule were left out by the driver . Like Dev prayag , rudra prayag etc . With a better driver we would have had a better trip.

Sourabh's 6 days trip to Char Dham
Day 1: our Driver Mr. Kashap was exceptional, he made us aware of the place, the time for travel, what to and not to do. With great music we had a comfortable travel to Guptakashi from Dehradun. At Hotel Trilochini, we had hot water, comfortable rooms and hot food. The owner aunty and uncle were very friendly and gave us the idea on how to make Kedarnath journey easy. Day 2: as informed by driver and Trilochani hotel staff, we started at 5 am with full cold weather clothes in backpack. Hotel staff even gave us morning Tea to start our journey. Day 3-4: Behl Ashram staff suggested to do Abhishek at Kedarnath and helped us arrange everything. The food at hotel was good, thick blankets and hot water. We had wonderful day spent at dham, saw the surroundings and walked down by 12 noon. Day 4: Travel to badrinath was amidst nature. Driver showed us Kashi Vishwanath temple, scenic places and got us to Badrinath by 3pm. We had ample time to visit the temple the same day and also got chance to attend chandi arti as suggested by our Driver. Day 5: it was bad start at Hotel Kuber. They did not have hot water to drink but had hot water in basins. They promised to give us morning tea but denied in morning saying they slept late so no breakfast. There were rats in the room who ate all the snacks we got. But overall the rooms were great, super comfy, excellent bedding and great dinner. Overall a good place if you forget about breakfast and rats. Day 6: 11 hours in heavy traffic to Hrushikesh. Driver suggested we should have taken a halt somewhere in between, but nevertheless, he made sure we reach Hrushikesh in a great shape. The journey was comfortable with scenic routes, temples on the way and prayags. The hotel JSR Residency in hrishikesh was exceptional. The food was exceptional, served with sevai kheer, comfortable bedding and clean rooms. Day 7: our Driver took us to Veer Badra temple and then dropped us back to airport with great memories. I would say Mr. Kashap is an exceptional personality, thinking about the customers relaxation first, suggesting tips to make a comfortable journey and made us feel at ease. Lastly, Kudos to Khusboo, Shivani and Shivangi for helping us out with an excellent trip with no hiccups during the trip and delivering all promises as mentioned in the itenery. Thanks to Travel Triangle for making us meet with Shiv Darshan Tourism for this memorable trip. Kedarnath Abhishek was suggested by the staff of Behl Ashram and the experience was mesmerizing. Similarly, our Driver Mr. Kashap, who was very knowledgeable and suggested us what to and what not to do. He told us how to efficiently manage the time and how much time is needed for relaxing. Khushboo messaged at start and end of day to track our day which made us feel that our agent cares for us too. Thanks Khushboo, Shivangi, Kashyap for the entire trip.

First of all thank you for designing a such a wonderful tour for me. Ever since i got in touch with you I could see your commitment of making my trip memorable and best it could be. It was indeed a smooth sailing for us. Everything was very smooth. Driver was great and looked after us very well . From beginning i was very comfortable and happy with Driver, friendly and a very nice person. Hotels were good properties with warm helpful staff. Looking for next trip. Many thanks once more.

The Do Dham Yatra for 5 days is good. The tour operator is very supportive. Shivangi the trip advisor is very good and helpful. Hotels are good. Food of Sersi & Kedarnath is very good as home but the food of Badrinath & Pipal koti is so so. Overall the trip is very good and satisfying. Thanks to Travel Triangle and Shiv Darshan tour.

Positives:- Trip has started well and went safely Driver and cab are well maintained Hotel at haridwar and guptakashi are good Negative:- As committed , agent has not Provided the hotel at kedarnath _same room was double booked Later they arranged some pent house type room(temporary construction) faced lot of difficulty in that extreme cold condition Till night 11:30 to we did not get any room Please try to improve this Please double check on room booking For this part only we are paying the premium price to agency other wise we can book ourselves or we can go unplanned It became very difficult to adjust there - bath rooms are not good ,no hot water and beds are not good Travel triangle please discuss this with the travel agent and make sure this doesn't repeat again I asked to compensate for the discomfort caused to me but they didn't reply positively Second Please send the driver who are more interactive and interest in showing all the places As we are new to the place they should show all the famous places in the area I guess travel agent has not communicated clearly to driver about the trip To be Frank , again if need to book again I may not go with the same agent

Initial Hotels were which were allocated were not good but later based on our requests hotels different Hotels were provided..This was bit painful as expections was Good hotels with good food quality should be booked... But good part is based on our requests other good hotels were provided. Overall good trip and good travel experience. Kedarnath is such a destination where every single place is memorable..

Our family (4 People in that one kid and one old age person)recently went on the Do dham Yatra alongwith Trijukinaryan , Tungnath and Auli with NaviCrow, and it was an outstanding experience and Mr Sunil Kumar Panda planing our trip Travel dates 17th June 2024 to 23rd June 2024. From the start, their organization and attention to detail were evident. We received a clear itinerary well in advance, making planning easy. Good Accommodation We stayed in comfortable, well-located hotels with great amenities. We will recommend NaviCrow for any trip but don't pay 100% payment in advance to any trip planner .
