Entire trip was too good and locations visited or fabulous , some of the hotels does not have lift facility and family rooms are there in 3rd floor, it would be difficult for kids and elder people to come to dinning area in the n_1 floor. Travel advisors have to see the age of travelers an book the rooms otherwise advise rooms in ground floor or 1st floor. Cab driver is too good and he has recommend lot of places that can be visited only problem is that he used be always on calls sometimes it irritates people. Travel agents services are good as long as well we asked for alternative places to be visited and any discount on the charges

The trip experience was very good. Starting from planning, Mr. Dhruv helped a lot to finalize the tour program within our budget. We changed our plan several times, but he always helped with a smile. During the trip, Mr. Krishna was always at our service. Due to health issues, we had to alter our trip, he helped a lot during the entire trip whenever we contacted him. The hotels were very good, but their locations in shimla and manali were extremely extremely remote. Other hotels in dharamshala, Amritsar and chandigarh were very good. The car driver was ok, not great. I was expecting better service from him. Overall, I would definitely recommend Travel Triangle to plan tour program.

Many good and bad experiences. We have to do more research than given by travel agents. Photos misguide you. Last minute changed hotel Apple bud cottages was very good. All other hotels except the above and the yellow hotel in Chandigarh were not up to 3 stars mark.

Not happy with driver. Due to his lack of knowledge of sightseeing we lost few places.and hotels booked is not up to the.mark in few places. Few hotels was booked very far from City. Approach from agent was good from day one and continuous update and enquired about the trip was good.

I will definitely give 5 star to the entire journey. The vacation was so happy and priceless beacause the arrangements made by Mr. Sandeep was excellent and the hotels were good and made the entire tour happy. Our priority for the trip was to provide pure veg only hotels. 2 Out of 4 hotels were found non vegetarian, 1 of them was too far from the market and cab driver also denied to take us to the market saying that his duties over. And due to that we were not able to get the food of priority and we skip the plan visit of kufri and Shimla and returned back to Delhi a day before actual plan. Travel agent Ashutosh tried to help us out and provided a hotel in Delhi and committed to provide a cab to explore Delhi with an additional cost of 1000 rupees and also committed to refund food charges which we did not took at the non veg hotels (500*4) Manali was awesome

It was a good and a memorable trip for us. Special the service provided by car driver is highly appreciated. Car driver is very humble and very good in driving. Highly recommended For hotel i would like to say that all the hotels are good except the hotel that provided in kasol. It was worst hotel where i stay ever. I dont recommend that kasol hotel. Others hotels and their service is good. When the car driver took us to the atal tunnel and sissu. Candle light dinner and manali visit.

The hotels booked in Amritsar were very bad. They did not have hot water facility. Also hotel in manali did not have hot water. The food was average. All hotels booked had one or the other issue. Some hotels when asked for hot water it was not given, in the other hotels towels were not provided. When asked they have in the next morning and that too they were wet. Travel experience was good. The driver was very cooperative. Also the places covered were amazing. The only drawback is with the hotels. Other than that the travel agent was very nice and he gave everything that was necessary

I have travelled with Travel Triangle multiple times but this time especially the experience was bitter. Firstly, I did not receive any on-trip assistance from Khushi when I asked few queries. Secondly, the driver - Mr. SHYAM was highly arrogant and disrespectful. NEVER EVER travel with this guy. From Day 1 itself he started throwing tantrums(I had elder parents with me, & just because he was frustrated, asked us to go by rickshaw and leave the cab, although the lanes were wide enough for both to accommodate smoothly) Did not behave politely, started skipping few points in itenary. Would not stop at any points that are on the way unless asked and get angry over small things like change in meeting time by half hou Any questions asked were not answered properly. He would not even tell the plan for the day. He was talking to his colleagues over call about us (disrespecting manner) in front of us thinking that we would not understand. At bhagsu nag, he forcefully made us check-in to hotel before visiting the waterfall, and asked me and my elder parents to go walking on a very steep uphill(250m) giving vague reason that his car would not be able to brake on slopes due to weight whereas on other day he drove the same slope with luggage and asked to me come walking! When escalated to Mr. Nikhil, he was sort of taking drivers side instead of listening to the customer. Overall, not so smooth experience with Travel Vichar. Also, I had booked only 1 hotel of their choice in McLeod Ganj - sky heaven which had pathetic food.

Your arrangement of hotel is not that much satisfactory. Travel agent is only calling for money but never call between the trip for asking about how all are going. After reaching manali Hotel we know they changed our hotel, where no proper facility was available like telephone in the room, room cleaning nothing was good and agent also don't know about this changes, when we were informed her regarding this thing then she was like I also don't know about this, and she just give us fake promise that she will talk with hotel and move us in another hotel but nothing was happened. So if someone believes on you that you will arrange everything properly and without negotiation pay full amount then afterwards your responsibility to take care of your client. Don't forget them after taking you full amount.

We have spend 10 days in tour. It was very great and memorised tour.All the sight seeing, snow fall ,balcony view was like heaven.All hotel amentiies food was good.except hotel in manali shainn mareema was not good ,food and service was also not upto the mark. shimla dharmshala dalhilouse amritsar was good. Driver Mr.Bobby is so good,he knows all roads .Driving very carefully especially when roads we stuck in traffic due to heavy snow fall.he was also explain information about sight seeing.his mobile no.+91 98163 61886.thanks to Travel agent ms.Anchal for making our trip more memorial

Book our Himachal an Punjab trip for 10n/11d thru Travel on ease. It was a very good experience with them ,special thanks to Ms Baby Dharta who was always there to help us. Since it was our first association with Travel on ease, we were a bit skeptical and anxious ,but all thanks to Baby ma'am who cleared our doubts. Keep up the good job guys !

Overall Experience was wonderful.(Except Hotel). Hotels at Manali, Dharamshala and Amritsar were a big let down. 1)Shimla - Royal Regency. Food was good, rooms good, room heater good, 24 hrs hot water. 2day stay. Recommended to traveller's. 2) Manali - Manali Retreat and Spa - Issue with food(Very Average), Room heater not adequate, Issue with hot water, Rooms OK. 2 day stay. Not recommended 3) Dharamshala - The Oak Valley - Food OK, Room heater not adequate, Issue with hot water. Rooms OK. 1 day stay. Not recommended. 4) Dalhousie - Hotel Dalhousie Valley - Best hotel of our trip. Food good. Nice Spread, Rooms excellent, Hot water good, Room heater not required. 2 day stay. Recommended for people. 5) Amritsar - The Grand Galaxy, Food Poor, Rooms OK, Hot Water OK, Room heater not required. 1 day stay. Not Recommended. 1.Visit to Kufri 2.Visit to Sissu.(Freezing Cold) 3.The Dalai Lama temple 4.Snowfall at Dalhousie 5. The Golden Temple and Attari Wagah Border Visit
