There was some miscommunication regarding payments, hotel in Bagsunag was very small, its dinning room was smallest ever I have seen in my life, bit expensive trip if I calculate all the expenses separately. Dalhousie was beautiful, Khajiaar was mesmerizing...at the end it was a nice beautiful small trip.

We had an awesome time with Travel Pedia! Everything was just perfect - our hotel had the best views, great services, and yummy food. our cab driver was super friendly, showed us all the cool places, and our trek was amazing too. This trip was exactly what we wanted. Big thanks for such a great experience! Looking forward to more trips with you!

Decent arrangement by team for hotels and cab. There is lot of space for improvement as well. E.g. business is more important for them than people's safety. When we asked to cut short our trip as there were news of bad weather and landslides all over, they declined saying hotels can't be cancelled. We later came to know they hadn't paid anything to hotels and could have been easily cancelled. Our checkouts were delayed by an hour as well because we had made payment to them, but they didn't pay to hotel. Driver's behavior was real spoiler, within an hour of leaving for sightseeing or transfer, he used to stop for his meal. He could easily have breakfast and then start for sightseeing. He also used to take long cuts/dangerous roads to avoid paying tolls though when we raised concern he agreed to take appropriate routes. He was also quite rude. Team should ask beforehand on room and ac/non-ac cab preferences, which later created trouble for us. Picturesque views and scenic mountains

Everything was good and on place, we enjoyed our trip without any hassle.. Thanks to the entire team for the smooth journey... We enjoyed all the sightseeing and loved the memories we captured for life long...

Needless to say himachal trip was amazing. scape tour which i have got reference from travel triangle has given us unbeatable quote as compare to well known tour site & companies. We were in dual thinking to take chance whether we should get along with my 2 year kid with us and this has only been possible with travel triangle and scape tour too. Tour agency was so flexible whenever required to change hotel or itinerary before or during trip they have provided us without hidden cost or grudges . The whole trip was amazing without compromising comfort and leisure. All in all i would recommend to all the wanderlust personals who are planning or evaluating trip, must try travel triangle and scape tour too.

In Dharamshala the Hotel was in a streep gully. The room was given in the first floor and the restaurant was in the second floor which the hotel has no lift,The steps were too streep and one of my co traveller felt too hard to come up and get down. Our trip to Dharamshala and Bir Billing was organized by Anjali from Travel Talkies. The whole experience was smooth and satisfactory. The stay, sightseeing, and intercity travel was well organized and up to the mark. She even customized the trip according to our request which is quite commendable. We had a great trip. Thank you.

The trip was well planned. Driver was very good, Hotel was alright. Due to certain protests, we couldn't reach the pickup point on time hence we had to book the rescheduled tickets by ourselves. I believe the price could have been reduced further, when the trip was replanned. Only Rs 1000/- was reduced for 1 entire day reduction out of 3 days earlier plan- which should been reduced further.

1 Hotel was not in dharamshala it was in nearby village approx 7km from the city. 2. Modifications in the plan could have been handled in a much better way like hotel price can't be refunded for 27th but tha cab facility could have been kept till the last day 28th as planned . But we received a single statement like its not possible now and no refund/cancellation charges/modifications are accepted. 3. Location to visit could have been more clear in the shared itinerary. 4. Even on paying the amount on time we faced the issue at hotel regarding payment. Hotel staff received an email from your side stating take the amount from the customer and we have been asked for the same twice in a day.

We undertook 4 nights trip to himachal covering all the major devi temples. It was a great experience. Totally satisfied with the service provided by them. Our travel agent Mr. Jagdeesh customized the whole trip as per our needs and was in constant touch with us for the whole trip. Driver was equally good and pleased with his attitude. He also showed us places which was not there in the itinerary plus he was on time arrival for pickup each morning. I was earlier skeptical of Travel Triangle as it was my first time booking with them. But I have no regrets, it was worth every penny. Had a small issue during the trip but their executives ensured that we were not troubled and it was resolved in a short span. The hotel accommodation was good and everything was as explained by the executive. Overall 5 stars to the whole team who planned our trip and ensured that it was a memorable experience for us. The level of satisfaction can't be explained in words. I have travelled with different travel agencies but by far this was the best. The executives really connected with us and were there to help out or suggest as per our needs. Hope to use their services real soon and would definitely suggest all to use their services. For all those first timers with Travel Triangle don't think just book with them. You won't have any regrets for sure. Finally once again a special thanks to our trip advisor and planner - Jagdeesh and our driver for the trip.

The experience was great. The travel agency was really nice and clear. Looking forward to take another trip with the same. All memories were great, I had the best time while visiting and knowing the Tibetan culture.

First day of the journey when we Departed from Chandigarh tu mcleodganj however over cab driver was an aware that where are we going to he had to ask me about our trip plan as he was not informed about our plan. when we reached to mcleodganj the hotel was very nice however the manager of the hotel asked me several times to pay him however he was supposed to get payment from our travel agent this thing really bothered me as I was travelling with my family. the next day we started over trip from mcleodganj to Dalhousie and our hotel was in banikhet which is almost 5 kilometres before Dalhousie. I was provided two rooms in the hotel named greenview, as per the trip plan but the hotel was under construction and there was not any single room furnished however I was given another room in the nearby hotel Grand Dalhousie. the rooms that were provided to us were good but the bad thing was that that just below the room there was a big Nala from there lot of foul smell was continuously coming to our rooms. And the worst thing of the trip planning was that the driver from second day onwards asked me for payment directly to him. He was supposed to start his journey from the early in the morning however on the third day he stated that without getting payment he won't go to khajjiar and forced me to talk to his boss and to travel agent and other superiors to settle this matter. All this all this poor management of the trip planner who you didn't pay to the driver wasted my valuable moments of the short period trip to Himachal. I was acting as an agent between driver his Bose travelling agent and the travel triangle. only for this purpose I didn't book directly on my own so that I can escape from all this management so I didn't knew that why did I book my holiday trip from travel triangle when I have to do all these messy things. And where are those welcome drinks is the trip plan you have provided me. And just I am just to say that there are very less chances that you will get what is written in your trip plan so better book on your own but for that at you should pre plan your holiday trip. The local peoples of Himachal Pradesh are very helpful. The most memorable moment of my trip is to be at khajjiar and enjoying the sunny and slightly cold weather.

Hotel staff and cab driver does not know all payment are already done and they have asked money. We need to clarifies every time , I think this needs to be resolved.

It was a relaxing trip with great views from the hotels suggested and chosen by us. The driver was great, very safe driving on the hills and without any hassles. The food on small eating place on the hill was unexpectedly amazing. Overall a great trip

It was good overall journey but I feel travel triangle personnel should get more involved along with agent. That should gain the customer trust because we are trusting you not agent ao
