      It was really a good tour. Thanks to travel triangle and tripsailorcom. And really appreciate Ankit from tripsailorcom for his support for organizing the trip. Only problem i faced was during my return from Manali to Delhi. The BUS of ANT Travels was really pathetic. No A/C , no curtains on bus and the bus got issue while we entered DELHI and failed to start so they dropped us before the destination at an unknown place from where we managed our own to reach home. I would recommend tripsailorcom not to consider ANT travels for their customers due to their poor service and pathetic condition.

      They did not consider aspects like sun, temperature etc while planning the trip and quote accordingly. Had to travel in very hot sun with 3yrs kid without AC though I paid for AC. When asked they said they did not include AC in ghats in the quote. Mr Sony has confirmed it in his call that they did not include for AC in ghats which is 6+hrs drive in scotching heat. Horrible response and service. They quoted low just to win the deal but not to provide service expecting return customers.

      Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

      There was an issue in that the drver was not paid the amount and he stopped the car midway. I understand the driver is from a company 5 levels down which i didnt expect. Even after calling Travel triangle 2 times on this issue no one from Travel Triangle called back to know the status. I will not refer Travel Triangle to any one else. Top Tier Holidays Llp didnt find out how the trip was going during the trip. Got a message inquiring the about the trip after the trip was completed though.

      Our Manali trip was arranged by Ms. Shabnam from North India Tours. It as well arranged. The stay and food at Himalayan Heights Hotel was excellent.The driver was punctual and polite but for the adventure activities , he would take us to stalls/counters that charge unreasonably high. He seemed to have a tie up with those stalls. In case we tried to book through another stall, the driver and his stall guys would threaten the other stall guys and make it impossible for us to choose the guys offering a better rate. Also the driver was not ready to drive till the sightseeing places. Most of the time we had to walk uphill. Precisely Solang valley and Manu temple, we were made to walk atleast 2-3 kms uphill. The driver would cite reasons like chances of vehicle getting stuck( it was a Toyota Innova) And we noticed alto cars and even rickshaws going uphill , while walking to these places. Overall we enjoyed the trip - only the experience with driver stood out like a sore thumb. Would recommend the tour operator and the hotel of stay for everyone and would request tour operator to engage with honest and ethical drivers

      Over all the trip was great. Only issue was the hotel was not having lift and the room allocated was on 3rd floor. After a long tiring day when you come to hotel you have to ascend 3 floors and then for dinner you again need to come down and again ascend 3 floors.

      It was a good experience. The driver (Pradeep Rana) was really good and was very cooperative. The hotel was good but not very great. The entrance to the hotel was very bad, we had tough time to reach to the hotel. Rooms are not that big. However the agency helped plan all the aspects of the travel.

      Hotel was really poor in terms of services. It was not even 2 star when it was claimed as 3 star. Staff uncooperative. Food was bad and they served stale food due to which my child fell sick. Breakfast and dinner timings were odd. Van vihar was really good and we enjoyed it. Cab driver was a good companion.
