The trip was good but its better to plan this with friends given the tiring travel hours. I had planned a 5-day trip but could enjoy only 3 days as Kodaikanal to Ooty was a six hour long journey n airport to Kodaikanal was 5 hours! Overall the experience was decent but next time I'll definitely do my research on travel time.

We had a very pocket-friendly trip at Coorg and Ooty, thanks to Travel Triangle for arranging such a wonderful trip. The timings were perfect coinciding with the nature's intricate way of displaying it's beauty throughout our trip. We started our trip from B'lore to Coorg and reached our destination at night due to traffic along the way but the Jungle Hill Resort was mesmerizing and quite well kept with a 4-bedded deluxe room. We visited the spectacular Golden Temple or one of the largest Tibetan Monastery which is also known as Namdroling Monastery. It encompasses the large school for the young monks and bave beautiful small cafes and eateries and souvenir shops for the tourist to check out. We found it had a beautiful view of the jungle and mountain view in the morning. The food was on the expensive side but we had breakfast buffet included in our package. Abbey Falls and the views of the meadows of Mandal petti were breathtaking. At Puspagiri National Park, it didn't feel like we were in India that showcased the best views of Nilgiri Hills adorned with the Nilkurungi plants. Rest of the places to visit were good but their slight overpriced such as Coffee Plantation tour, Dubbare Elephant Camp. Our hotels rooms at Ooty were disappointing. Rooms received from Kemp's Cave at their neighbouring building called The Baron's who gave us rooms with dirty linens, broken window lock, malfunctioning bathroom door and intercom. It was difficult to communicate with hotel staff although the reception staff were fast in sending help. Only the linens were changed and bathroom door was fixed. Rest were not fixed during our two days stay. The sightseeing was very good especially what made our day was the toy train ride from Ooty to Coonoor. The whole place was standstill due to traffic during public holiday so we had to resort to walking down the hill to reach the Ugadamandalam Railyway Station in Ooty. Pykara Falls and Lake, Wenlock Downs are picturesque places to remember in this trip. We opted out to visit Tea Factory and Doddabetta Peak due to heavy traffic. Mr. Rahul Kumar from All India Holiday has helped us before and throughout our trip to customise it and with payments at every juncture to make it a hassle-free ordeal. He have been very hospitable, content and patient in managing our trip . Travel Triangle and team has yet again made it possible for us to collect the best memories from hills of Ooty and Coorg. The best part of this trip was the journey through Bandipur Tiger Reserve and Madumalai Tiger Reserve when heading towards Ooty from Coorg via Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty Highway. We were surprised to spots innumerous deers, peacock, peahens, monkeys, wild Elephants and Giant Indian Squirrels. The reserves are well maintained with strict rules that are followed while traveling through them. We were lucky to get the glimpse of this reserve twice and both the times we have got to spot the animals.

Overall it was good. Vinu Valley Ooty rooms are good. However do not stay at hotel Vinu Valley as there is no food facility after 8.30 PM. Staff was unprofessional. Hotel Peak resort Kodaikanel was good and food was good. Staff was good. Lee Vacation could have arranged good hotel. Driver was cooperative and drive safely. Could cover most of the site seeing in time. Lee vacation staff was supportive.

Overall super happy with the trip. Agent employee was proactive and very responsive initially. After that girl left, i had to follow up with the agent to get the details every time. And i could get a direct contact number till date of travel. I would say it was excellent initially and then pathetic till the date of travel. On the travel day, when i complained it to travel triangle, i got an agent employee contact and afterwards it is very smooth.

Hotel Holiday Home Resort is not at all good hotel....The hotel food is only of south indian type.....lights in the room were very hazzy and poor.....rooms are also not good

Myself and my wife had an excellent trip to Ooty and Kodaikanal. The service of inspire holidays is awesome. Never feel any difficulty from the starting of the trip to end of the trip. I have to mention about the driver, his name is Tamil. He is really good and have lot of patience. Never hesitated to answer whatever we’ve asked. He is really good. I became aware of this agency from google.I had to pay all my installment except one before my trip started.That is very ridiculous.When I first got into the cab,the driver was asking for money.That is completely disgusting.When I was Traveling from Bangalore airport to mysore,on my way I got a call from travel agaent that our first hotel got changed due to some issues,which is really disgusting.Atlst after paying 95% money before the trip it was not expected.When I checked in the hotel,in reception they were unaware of our booking. Samething happened in our ooty hotel also(Maurya Sudersan).They even didn't know that our rooms were booked with breakfast package. They asked us to pay breakfast bill.When I told all thing to Mr.Gagan he that time somehow managed it but later pinged me in whatsapp very rudely that hotels people could be wrong but he couldn't.,which was very unprofessional.Then driver was not good.He asked us to pay some amount during the trip and somehow managed to complete the trip .We had to ask him about where are we going but he was least interested about these.Do changes these first..

Guruvayur hotel was good Kodaikanal hotel had no proper service food was late. Had hot water issuse. Coimbatore hotel was good but got booked with wrong beds for couple we got 2single beds travel agent didn’t do anything about that told us to ajust and wifi is so bad. Asked to many times about wifi but no proper response from hotel. Car was good and driver was okay. Had too much volume for music that too only their regional music. Would leave us so far and say its due to parking issue. Mostly we paid for parking which says included in package. Lack of coordination b/w travel agent and cab agency. Driver was not aware of package and inclusives. Travel agent didnt guide us properly bcz palani temple was too crowded as we went on some auspicious day. And Kodaikanal was full of traffic as its weekend. As we are non local we wouldn’t know that. If we were informed about those we would have adjusted the dates likewise and would have had great overall experience. Got stuck in traffic for 8hrs nearly watched all places in traffic and for 6hrs mostly in temple even if we took highest ticket available. We had Avg. Experience I would rate 3 out of 5

The hotel in Coimbatore City Palace was not 3 star at all. No proper food available in hotel. Hotel at Ooty Poonmari was good .Food was good but little expensive.
