Trip was good , but would have been awesome if driver would have got his money on time by travel triangle. I had to pay the driver almost 10k since he was short of money . Then he returned the money back to me after few follow ups. Which would have been avoided by travel triangle . Travel triangle should have called me earlier before the staring of trip and should have informed to pay my last installment as cash to driver.. otherwise the trip was good. It was all together a great experience planning my trip with "Corporate Host". I faced no issues what so ever and me and my wife enjoyed to the fullest. The Trip and the driver was good. However Hotel at Mysore was extremely poor with shabby rooms and dirty washrooms. Also the hotel didn't provide any Breakfast which was included in the package

Every thing is good. Payment screenshot should also be shared to customer regarding hotels as there is some gap between manager and receptionist even though you had done on time. Regular Follow up should be there regarding driver and hotel allocation before the trip inspite of customer calling every time.

Loved the Trip . Hotel in Coorg was awesome. Hotel in Ooty could have been better. Special mention of Kausar Bhai (our driver cum guide) who made this trip even more enjoyable. Overall it was a memorable trip. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and family !

Itinerary should be more reasonable. Travel agent should know what all sightseeing is possible to cover in the given time. Just making an attractive itinerary is not done. At Wayanad, the sightseeing spots were so far from each other that it was impossible to cover all as per itinerary. Above that nobody was aware that only limited tickets are being sold on per day basis for sightseeing at Wayanad. It was just a travelling without watching anything. Above all, TravelTriangle shall plan the itinerary time wise. It should be informed by travel agent at what time traveller shall leave from hotel to cover sightseeing. All planning has to be done by us only on per day basis. The entire journey was just like hiring a cab driver from airport and moving to various places. We never felt that we are moving with a brand of TravelTriangle. It was just our efforts that we were still able to cover some of the sightseeing spots else there was not planning & support from TravelTriangle side. I have travelled a lot through MakeMyTrip and never had to face such issue. This was my first time with TT. There is lot to improve. TT needs to get more professional. MMT travels alongwith the traveller. Daily they call their travellers to know reg issues or concerns if any. TT instead took its cfee and leaves their traveller on the mercy of travel agent.

Travelling was fun,but need to improve on the service of travel agent,though the payment plan and travel dates were decided and discuss before the arrival,but still there was lot of discrepancy on the payment part.

Yesss, it was really really an.awessome memorable trip, tq travel triangle for all the arrangements , Hope many more trips booking with travel. Triangle.com. Tq somuch team travel triangle. Sanjay chandwani. Best memories were , spent good evening at doddabetta view point , ooty , with my spouse, Boating @ ooty lake was really fantastic.

All the coordination went well till I book the trip. Got the driver details after continuous follow up only. Driver was very cooperative, friendly and know the places well. I did not get the full items as per the itinerary, last day hotel accommodation not provided, as it is mentioned in the itinerary I did not book any accommodation and faced problems to book in the last minute.

The experience while traveling was smooth. All things were arranged properly. Initially I had to do a follow up for things before the trip began. That was bit hectic as I was not feeling comfortable as I had to chase for things. But once the journey began, all things were arranged properly. Thanks to Sujata and Sahil for there arrangements. A suggestion would be to be more reachable and respond with confirm details. All and all a good experience Lot of good memories of the places we visited. It was physically tiring but worth visiting

Cab and driver both were excellent, hotels were not up to mark, may be due to my expectations were high enough, although not complaints, overall it's best experience.

I really appreciate to travel triangle and chill memories for there excellent trip service, hotels, cab service and friendly nature of cab driver. Overall we are fully satisfied with this trip and really enjoyed and plan to come once again in future on behalf of travel triangle. Ooty is the memorable place this trip Such a nice place with nice whether and beautiful nature scene.

The honeymoon trip was fabulous. Iam short of words of how well the trip went. Trip was very well planned and organised. Start from the Amber dale, this was the best hotel i have ever visited. Spice lap is the best hotel which the team and staff are excellent. House boat was superrrr. It gave us good memories.
