She could have told me about longest drive over two ghat section from Ooty to Kodaikanal, which seems to be tiresome Also, no attempts were made to cancel the stay at Kodaikanal. We have to forgo stay at kodai. Overall, trip was good. Enjoyable and made treasurable moments

You have clearly mentioned that there is Toy train in the trip which is the main attraction of course. Byt you have not provided that. Why to mention it in the itinerary if you can't provide that. Had a good experience with travel traingle previously. This time I feel the we had not been compensated properly with regards to hotel. Hotel exterior looked nice and the inside was clean but it was extremely small. Barely enough space for one bed, let alone the luggages. I'm not sure how much margin is kept aside by travel triangle for profit. But I feel like the for the price we paid the hotel experience could have been better. Apart from that all good

Someone tried to break in our room at Fairstay Hotel Ooty. Considering it was all girls trip, safer stay options should have been considered. Fairstay Hotel staff was disastrous, they took the entire incident extremely lightly. However travel agency and driver were very supportive. Hope to get safer stay options next time.
