Shop for coffee, tea and some locally made chocolates. Ooty is at a distance of 127 Kms from Mysore. The temperature remains almost same throughout the year. The rainy season is very windy over here. Ooty also hosts the Annual Tea Festival and flower shows. On the way from Vadodara to Ooty, the oldest church of India, St Stephen’s church is located. English and Kannada is the major language used in this hill station. The Game of Snooker was also introduced here in the Ootacamund Club.
Kodaikanal, known for its grassy hills and waterfalls, the town is situated at above 2000 metres from the sea level. The town is around a star shaped, artificial lake. It was built in 1863 by Sir Vere Hentry Levinge, the collector of Madurai. Kodaikanal was also called as the Princess of Hills. The city even hosts, large number of Israeli tourists who flock here in the winters. Big trees, eucalyptus plants and lot more, the city are dominated by trees. Due to the development of the nearby cities, Kodaikanal remains dominated by tourists throughout the year.

Enter the City of hills
On arrival at Bangalore, we will start for Ooty at 5 am. Our representatives will receive you from the station. Once you reach Ooty, after some time at hotel, we will start our Ooty sightseeing trip. The journey to the Crowned Queen of Hills will be amazing for you. You can also spot Deer on the way. You also, stand a chance to see various endangered fauna in the Botanical Garden Ooty. Soon after getting drenched into the beauty of the Ooty Lake, you will move towards the Boat club. The Ooty lake, largest artificial Lake of India was built in 1825. Dodabetta Peak is a watchtower, on clear mornings; you can view the plains of Coimbatore and Mysore from here.

We will start at 9 am and drive around the city, after breakfast. It is situated among the hills with spectacular views. Ketti Valley is the largest Valley in the Nilgiris. It is often compared to Switzerland, for its majestic views. On route to Wenlock Downs, you will visit the Sandynallah Reservoir, which is a dam situated on the Nilgiri slopes. There is a pine forest adjacent to it and many walking trails. You can spot some kingfishers, cranes, and herons over here. Early morning, after taking the freshly served breakfast, we will start our drive for Kodaikanal. It takes around 6 hours to reach Kodaikanal from Ooty. There are ample opportunities for tourists for boat riding and cycle riding.
The Kodai Lake is an artificial lake constructed in the shape of a star. It is one of the most visited spots in Tamil Nadu. The Bryant Park, situated close to the lake was named after a British, Glen Bryant. A 160-year old Eucalyptus is a major attraction in the park.

After taking your breakfast, you will drive out for sightseeing. Coaker's Walk was built by Lt Coaker in 1872, which is a man-made wonder. Take a walk in the afternoon or just gaze at those green valleys.
Moir Point is a major point in Kodaikanal. This was built in 1929 by Sir Thomas Moir. For adventure seekers Guna Caves is a must visit. Three rocks, which stand vertical with a looking height 400 meters, fog often plays games with your perception and gives you an absolutely stunning view.

Since it's the last day of the trip, we would start early and after relishing the breakfast, pack up, and drive for Bangalore. On the way, we will visit the Bear Shola Falls. Falling from a great height, in an unusual manner, the falls gives you a sight to behold. It is situated inside a forest reserve. Because of excess water in the Kodai Lake, a fall comes down, known as the Silver Cascade Falls. It is known for its glittering clean water. The waterfall is pleasing and a heaven for the photographers. Shop for coffee powders, and tea and some chocolates!
