Ooty: An enjoyable expedition from Vellore 4 Days & 3 Nights

Cab driver not have any idea about location and cabs are not in good condition. One can AC didn't work. Drivers are hurry to just complete trip. Enjoyed just because of hotel. Hotel was superb

The hotel at mysore spektrum suites not good. Bathroom not clean and no maintenance. All taps were leaking. Staff at reception very rude. Communication gap between cab driver and travel agent regarding places to be covered which happened late in the night and we having anxious moments. Cab had technical problems. We didn't take breakfast at spektrum suites Mysore, which was included in the package. Despite that the hotel charged for one tea taken by me. Service needs a lo of improvement. Overall ok trip. Felt it was overpriced and we didn't get value for money. Hope you improve with the feedback. Ooty to Conoor train journey. Lady helping us out late in the night sorting out the issue for Conoor trip.

Travel agent provided us reliable, decent and patient kannada speaking driver as requested. The places were well covered. But, I had opened my conversation to suggest places. She could have told me about longest drive over two ghat section from Ooty to Kodaikanal, which seems to be tiresome Also, no attempts were made to cancel the stay at Kodaikanal. We have to forgo stay at kodai. Overall, trip was good. Enjoyable and made treasurable moments

The trip was good but its better to plan this with friends given the tiring travel hours. I had planned a 5-day trip but could enjoy only 3 days as Kodaikanal to Ooty was a six hour long journey n airport to Kodaikanal was 5 hours! Overall the experience was decent but next time I'll definitely do my research on travel time.

MM Cabs India has organized the Ooty trip for my family including my parents who are both senior citizens and my 9 months old baby. The driver was very co-operative and gave complete freedom for our time. Also the hotels provided by them were very good. Overall Mahesh from MM Cabs did a wonderful job organizing the trip. He was always available to our queries and always checked how we are doing. Thank you so much Mahesh for arranging the wonderful trip.

Taxi service is very poor .Taxi driver wasted lot of time for saving toll tax and always take no toll road.He never stop car for lunch when we say .He stops there where he gets free food or comissinIn all the trip with taxi we felt like that we are on some school trip Stay and food of hotel Rio meridian Maysore

I just want to share my overall experience for the trip you customized...Really, we loved the way you customized the trip. My family members are very happy about the trip...Also, you helped me a lot in adding places and gave me a lot of options...I troubled u a lot but u politely answered all the questions with a smile "HA JI, HA JI"

We had a very pocket-friendly trip at Coorg and Ooty, thanks to Travel Triangle for arranging such a wonderful trip. The timings were perfect coinciding with the nature's intricate way of displaying it's beauty throughout our trip. We started our trip from B'lore to Coorg and reached our destination at night due to traffic along the way but the Jungle Hill Resort was mesmerizing and quite well kept with a 4-bedded deluxe room. We visited the spectacular Golden Temple or one of the largest Tibetan Monastery which is also known as Namdroling Monastery. It encompasses the large school for the young monks and bave beautiful small cafes and eateries and souvenir shops for the tourist to check out. We found it had a beautiful view of the jungle and mountain view in the morning. The food was on the expensive side but we had breakfast buffet included in our package. Abbey Falls and the views of the meadows of Mandal petti were breathtaking. At Puspagiri National Park, it didn't feel like we were in India that showcased the best views of Nilgiri Hills adorned with the Nilkurungi plants. Rest of the places to visit were good but their slight overpriced such as Coffee Plantation tour, Dubbare Elephant Camp. Our hotels rooms at Ooty were disappointing. Rooms received from Kemp's Cave at their neighbouring building called The Baron's who gave us rooms with dirty linens, broken window lock, malfunctioning bathroom door and intercom. It was difficult to communicate with hotel staff although the reception staff were fast in sending help. Only the linens were changed and bathroom door was fixed. Rest were not fixed during our two days stay. The sightseeing was very good especially what made our day was the toy train ride from Ooty to Coonoor. The whole place was standstill due to traffic during public holiday so we had to resort to walking down the hill to reach the Ugadamandalam Railyway Station in Ooty. Pykara Falls and Lake, Wenlock Downs are picturesque places to remember in this trip. We opted out to visit Tea Factory and Doddabetta Peak due to heavy traffic. Mr. Rahul Kumar from All India Holiday has helped us before and throughout our trip to customise it and with payments at every juncture to make it a hassle-free ordeal. He have been very hospitable, content and patient in managing our trip . Travel Triangle and team has yet again made it possible for us to collect the best memories from hills of Ooty and Coorg. The best part of this trip was the journey through Bandipur Tiger Reserve and Madumalai Tiger Reserve when heading towards Ooty from Coorg via Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty Highway. We were surprised to spots innumerous deers, peacock, peahens, monkeys, wild Elephants and Giant Indian Squirrels. The reserves are well maintained with strict rules that are followed while traveling through them. We were lucky to get the glimpse of this reserve twice and both the times we have got to spot the animals.

Everything was good, the hotel in Coorg was the best hotel and driver was friendly and helped us in everything, except the wellbeck residency Ooty hotel, their customer service was not all good. The manager their didn't provide us proper breakfast. She was hiding some of the food and would keep an eye on everything we eat.

Someone tried to break in our room at Fairstay Hotel Ooty. Considering it was all girls trip, safer stay options should have been considered. Fairstay Hotel staff was disastrous, they took the entire incident extremely lightly. However travel agency and driver were very supportive. Hope to get safer stay options next time.

It was vacation with my family to Ooty and Kodaikanal. We really had a great time as the entire itinerary was customisable. Thank you Simran Kaur, for all your efforts. Cab was good , driver & travel agent (Gurleen) were good... They did good job..

Rakesh helped me choose the best places to visit with family. I actually planned it as a surprise trip for my mom's birthday. Rakesh and their team made the trip hassle-free and stay at the delightz Inn resort was quite delightful

I became aware of this agency from google.I had to pay all my installment except one before my trip started.That is very ridiculous.When I first got into the cab,the driver was asking for money.That is completely disgusting.When I was Traveling from Bangalore airport to mysore,on my way I got a call from travel agaent that our first hotel got changed due to some issues,which is really disgusting.Atlst after paying 95% money before the trip it was not expected.When I checked in the hotel,in reception they were unaware of our booking. Samething happened in our ooty hotel also(Maurya Sudersan).They even didn't know that our rooms were booked with breakfast package. They asked us to pay breakfast bill.When I told all thing to Mr.Gagan he that time somehow managed it but later pinged me in whatsapp very rudely that hotels people could be wrong but he couldn't.,which was very unprofessional.Then driver was not good.He asked us to pay some amount during the trip and somehow managed to complete the trip .We had to ask him about where are we going but he was least interested about these.Do changes these first..
