It was nice trip and nice hotels as well. However, the driver was not that good. We have been told that driver will show all the places even extra places which are not mentioned in the trip. But the driver was not that enthusiastic about showing all the places. It was a honeymoon trip and driver should understand this. I have already told so many times that driver should be good enough, but driver was not that friendly and enthusiastic.

Hello, it was a last moment travel request I had raised over Travel Triangle but the most prompt reply was from Anshu of All India Holidays, it was not just prompt but sensible package with assistance on flight booking. Anshu was also always available over call for help. Also, would special mention for Cab Services from Narayan Raju and Cab Driver Deepak. The cab driver is very well versed in driving besides he assisted without expectation for ticket bookings, sight seeing, hill road driving. My trip was Bengaluru-Coorg-Ooty-Mysuru-Bengaluru Flight Assistance: Pune-Bengaluru-Pune Family trip 1) Mysuru to Ooty road trip via Bandipur 2) Driver’s assistance in getting tickets for Dubera Elephant Park during peak rush, and I wanted to visit the place for Kids 3) One minus point in hotel is for Hotel at Ooty, else all fine

Thank you for Travel Triangle to make it easy to travel. The agent did not provide proper information for us on travelling sites and booking opening hours. As we went to see the places and experience we didn't want to spend time in cab and hotels our main motive was to visit places and experience which we had hiccups in Mysore. We couldn't see couple of attractions because of the agent. Experience at gopal betta temple near Bandipur was amazing. Bandipur itself was very good.. and weather at ooty was breathtaking.

First hotel was ok but not as per the discussion 2nd hotel was good When my cab was stopped for more than 90 minutes on roadside because of internal disputes of cab vendors. I was there with my husband and 3 yr child. Mr. Rakesh cooperated well

The trip was very good. We enjoyed a lot. The Cab Driver was very nice and co-operative. The Coorg Hotel was very nice and services were upto mark. The Mysore hotel service as not that good and services were comparatively poor The stay and meals at the Coorg Resort and the Vrindavan Garden were awesome

We had a bad experience at the hotel in Ooty. The hotel we book was given to somebody and we had to wait on the road in hot sun for 3 hours. The travel agent was initially not understanding our problem. He was not even empathetic. After long discussion he booked an ever average cottage where we adjusted for three days.

We had great trip of Ooty-Conoor-Bandipur-Mysore. Great support from executives of Tootle Tours and travel triangle. Our driver cum guide Mr. Yogendra gave great efforts through out the trip, we visited all places in a very synchronize manner. Hope for future trips from Tootle tours.

1) Cab and the driver : The cab and as well as the driver was very good. Only thing is the driver was very very slow in driving and because of that we had to miss out places and that was not the only reason also to miss the places 2) Hotels : A)Hotel Rio Meridian Mysore The hotel was very good and clean, good service and the restuarant too had a tasty food. Only one negative was the room was not sound proof, when we stayed, there was a function in the hotels party hall and it was too noisy in the room B) Welcome Heritage AyatanabCoorg Hotel welcome heritage was chosen by us. Excellent property to have a leisure stay and enjoy one whole day but it is too costly. C) Hotel La Flora Jungle hill resort One of the worst room i have stayed till date. The room was not maintained properly. The bedspreads were not clean and there were lot of insects in the room. When we asked for cleaning it they say it is a jungle resort and bring a "Hit"insect killler to clear the same. Worst stay. 3) Service travel agent : Pros : Was very helpful and response was fast. Cons : They have to check the distance between the place of stay and the sightseeing. For us it was a hectic we couldn't see all places in the itenary. The trvaellers might be new to the place they may not know the distances. Should not put 4 sightseeing places for a day in the itenary and make it as such can see lot of places in the trip. That's the only job of the travel agent. But ideally we could see only 50 percentage of the places because of bad planning. Overall the trip was smooth and good.

Overall experience was good. Detailed travel places along with details times to be described to travellers. Hotel breakfast timings were too late. So we bound to bypass it to leave on trip in time.

Good trip with all arrangements but,Services need to be improved.There are coordination issues among hotels and agents,which finally disturbs the guests. Feedback to improve sevices not as complaint. Cake arrangement by travel agency.

I would recommend travel triangle for the best travel plans. I really enjoyed the trip. Driver was fantastic, he acted as our tour guide as well and coordinated very well. Even the travel agent shristi and Gagan from Foxplore provided their support and assistance through out the trip. I would like to thank both of them. Really enjoyed Coorg and Ooty tea factory, Ooty lake was awesome.

Package cost is too high for just 3 days. Driver was obedient but not much interactive. Smooth driving and trip went really well. Good assistance by travel agent Rahul. But I feel this package cost is little high. Toy Train experience was amazing. Good hotel view but still it's under construction.
