Orissa Tour Package From Mumbai 4 Days & 3 Nights

Our trip was meticulously planned and executed. The adventure hotel, bhuvneshwar was top. The Pride annaya resort, Puri, was good. Sofa in room was not properly cleaned. Food was costly but good in both places. There were no good places to eat out side these hotels in Puri in our journey. While returning from Puri via train, there were no good option to eat. One shall plan in advance for good. Either book from irctc or from hotel. Our Tempo traveller was good. But we faced issue with mosquito inside it for a day. We faced mosquito problem in Puri railway station waiting room. We were scammed in Chilka lake with fake gems. This scam is going on from atleast 2016 if I go by news. Travel triangle shall open a new section with scam to avoid in particular area and travel agent shall specifically tell these scams while explaining the trip. We were not 'told' about this scam by agent but it was mentioned in our iternary. Temples especially, Lingraj temple, didn't have any proper crowd control n had foul smell from broken coconut inside the premise. On Chilka lake one shall maximise time on the last Island. There is no guarantee that you will see dolphin in lake. Boat person will say things to keep you busy like, at particular location they more visible, or we have to far or, we came late or they are more visible in some other time. One of temple had cockroach nest on wall inside temple n no proper ventilation. We visited Puri temple in morning 7am. After darshan we had to walk without footwear in drain water. Administration should focus more on such small things. Inside Priest temple, priest well just hold your hand and say somr mantra and demand money. They will not leave your hand without money. I had to pay rs100. Best part of trip was chadra bagha beach. All beach we saw, water was clean. Odhisa govt should promote clean beach. But it lacked garbage management. On beach you can see plastic. But still it was better than most of beaches which I have seen. Konark sun temple is not a temple but a monument. It is maintained very cleanly. Beach were really good. One shall plan trip with keeping beach in mind.

The support from Shibashi was good. Happy overall. Puri Hotel services were really good, but was sligthly disappointed with Bhubneshwar hotel. But no big complains as such. Thanks

Hotel at Puri was not good, AC was not cooling inspite of compplaining to servic desk multiple time, food was also not good. In Bhubneshwar Hotel was very good, food was also very good, and hotel staff was very polite.

I totally enjoyed the trip. It was a game changer for our family. But there are areas I am not happy about. First the good ones. driver was courteous and friendly. He helped us and guided us pretty well. Hotels were good especially the one chosen by us. Golden Tree Puri. Driver helped us a lot in taking us for shopping and getting sweets. The grey areas. 1. Puri Jaganath temple-We were totally unprepared for the crowd. Wish we were told that Sunday was not the right day. Nor were we told about mobiles. It was total chaos. 2.Similarly Tribal Museum was closed on Monday. We had time in hands but could not go. We went there on day 4 and had to rush to the airport to catch our flight. 3. Driver was polite and helped us a lot. But small areas we needed support as it was our first time. Also if we suggested another area he was a bit rude. For ex-We preferred the Odisha Handloom House over Boyanika. Boyanika was costlier to state handloom too. 4.More transparency in the deal was required. 5.Hotel Golden Tree Puri -The room was very small for 3 of us. It was called super deluxe. How?

The trip was well organised by the travel agent before the start of the trip and she politely customised the trip as per requirements and comfort level. 1. The hotels were quite good, especially stay at Toshali sands in puri was the highlight of this trip. 2. The taxi provided was comfortable but the driver was not well informed. 3. The travel agent was available throughout the trip and willingly responded to all the queries. Some of the major drawbacks are listed below : 1. The hotels were changed after the trip started which was unwanted and to the great discomfort of the travellers, they were repeatedly shifted to new place every morning. 2. There was no tour guide throughout the trip and my parents had to plan the trip on their own since the driver was not well informed. 3. The hotel room provided in Holiday Hotel in puri was standard even though a deluxe room was booked as per the itinerary. 4. Poor management and miscommunication by the travel agent with the hotel management regarding hotel rooms and complementary lunch/dinner led to lot of confusion and repeated intervention on my side. This should have been arranged in advance by the tour guide. The travel agent accepted their mistake and hope they provide better services hereafter.

The services provided by Mr. Shibashis were good. The cab was comfortable, except for some parts like the cleanliness of the can etc. The hotels however were poor in terms of meal quality and staff behavior too. The rooms were also not relatively clean. HOwever, fully satisfied for the services from Travel triangle and the Trave Company, Inde D Voyage. Would highly recommend the agent, just be extra cautious while choosing the right hotels.

Our trip to Odisha was well organised by 'Odisha Voyages' . The stay at Puri at Toshali Sands Cottages was an exemplary experience.The ambience of the resort is unparalleled. They serve a good breakfast with plenty of choices. The staff are also courteous and helpful. The stay at Bhubaneswar ( Hotel Excellency) was okay okay, nothing exceptional. The driver Rabi was extremely helpful, very courteous and obliging. We would have liked the Innova that was allotted to us to have 3 seats in the second row instead of 2 because when the baggage of all four of us was loaded in the back seat, there was only limited space for the person sitting at the back. If the second row had 3seats, the four of us could have accomodated ourselves easily. Thanks to Mr Sudhir of Odisha travels for the arrangements and prompt communication he maintained with us. Thanks to M/s Sushree also for welcoming us at the airport. Overall, Travel Triangle has done a good job in connecting us to Odisha Voyages, who did their job well. Being able to witness the flags being changed and Aarati at Jagannath temple at 5 o'clock in the evening. Visit to Pipli applique village, Tribal Museum, Khandagiri Udayagiri caves

We had good overall experience in this trip apart from the day when we visited Chilka. As per our plan we were suppose to visit Satapada to board boat for dolphin visit, however despite telling the same to the driver, driver took us to a different place called Mirzapur where they charged 4000 for boating. Satatpada has the ONLY government boating counter and rest all the places are fake. Our driver told us lie in order to make his own profits from the commission.

Our tour is very fantastic amazing and enjoying all because of Shibashis das sir.the all arrangements are very nice. This trip become one of the most memorable trip. We went to Jagannath ji temple, lingraj Temple, Chilika lake, beach, konark sun temple, and explore many places

Cab driver Jayant and Dilip helped us a lot as my mother was injured. Dilip bhaiya ensured we get the best darshan of lord Jaganath he accompanied us to the temple and held my mother thru the temple .Thank you.

i like the fact that they handled my case very well. I had some issues with my flight details. they helped me to power through and how to get refund back from the airlines directly. i recommend it. will go to Dwarakeesh gujrat with them in jan month and will book them again. Highly recommend it

We are impressed with the service provided! The Hotel stay was comfortable and food was decent. Driver Mr. Raja was chauffeur for our trip and he made it more enjoyable and memorable. Thanks for all !

Firstly driver assigned was not having much understanding of Hindi & English language. This created kind of communication gap. There was 1 instance where driver dropped us at Puri beach, and call was not picked by him for 10-15 mins when we planned to leave beach, making us to hire Auto to reach hotel back. 2nd instance happened in Bhubaneswar, when we planned to go for shopping around 5 PM. When we went down, cab was not there & he said it will take 30 min for him to reach as he is somewhere else, which again made us to hire Auto to reach market. Atleast driver should have communicated if he want to go anywhere & if we have any plan to visit any place. If we have paid for cab service, these things should not have happened. Overall, not happy with can service.

The trip was nice. The only feedback I would like to give is that while making the itinerary the a'noon & evening should be taken care of. The places which are best to go in evening time like Peace pagoda, Udaygiri & Khandagiri caves should be planned in evening time & not in the mrng or a'noon when it's v sunny & hot. We would have enjoyed those places v much if they would have been in our itinerary in the evening time.

Overall trip was good. Everything is as planned as per the itinerary. Driver and cab is excellent. We didn't face any problems except one at the breakfast at Pride Ananya is not upto the mark and service is late and food is cold.
