It was the first time I booked the package with travel triangle and the agent "Kingdom of Holdiays". Overall the trip was great. 1. The hotels were the best in Phuket, Krabi and Bangkok, but in Pattaya, it was worst. I wish the agent had recommended a better hotel there. 2. The private cabs which were allotted were good. 3. The itinerary was chosen by me and was executed by the agent well. 4. In Pattaya alone, a cab was not given as per the voucher. We faced so much difficulty in commuting. I wish the agent had recommended properly on this. 5. The agent had told me that there was no need to give island fee in 4 island tour and phi-phi tour, but in both places, I paid it. This was an extra expense. Apart from pattaya and island fee, everything went well. Thank you for an amazing trip "Travel Triangle" and "Kingdom of Holidays". Hope i get refund of island fee i paid.

The trip was memorable. We liked the coordination with Deepika. She was extremely helpful and always reachable and she has always helped us beyond her reach. I'm happy that we chose Sumuk International :) Among all the placed we visited, I would definitely recommend Chopraya dinner cruise. It was Awwwweeesome. In fact I would say all the places were worth visit except Coral island. There were very few glitches in our trip: 1. We were informed at James Bond Island that our trip was without Canoyee. However we were never informed about this before our trip. When we informed the same to Deepika, she immediately arranged the trip for Canoyee. Thanks to her for the prompt service. 2. We had a tour in the morning for Safari world in Bangkok and Chopraya dinner cruise in the evening and both were on SIC basis. Safari world tour was a full day tour. When we were coming back to the hotel for our next pickup at 6pm, we were informed that we need to bare the extra expenses for the personal vehicle as we couldn't reach the hotel at the scheduled time. However the vehicle which was scheduled for 6pm pickup came late, so we were saved! My only expectation here is when both the arrangements are on SIC basis then at least one should reach for the other pickup to happen. 3. For our trip to Phi Phi island, we were informed that we got upgrade for our trip from Big Boat to Speed Boat. But when we reached the place where the tour starts, we were told that they didn't get any such communication on this. When we contacted them, we were told that we need to pay extra for Speed Boat as we do not want to go for Big Boat. Immediately I sent a screenshot of the message which they sent. And then they gave us Speed Boat. I'm really disappointed on the communication. I am also disappointed that Deepika never gave us the option of Speed Boat. Luckily we got upgrade, and we also came to know from the people there that the Big Boat trip was disappointing. But as ours were speed boat so we enjoyed. So these options should be provided to the customer. Thanks a lot Deepika! I would definitely plan a tour again with you....

Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit

The stay was amazing.The scheduling was good too.But the support team failed really bad at krabi and phuket with different sorts of excuses. They were sorry many times. They were not supportive at all and were stuck on the side of their stupid local agent and did not provide any compensation for their mistakes and kept pushing us into a frustrating experience. But the Booking experience with travel Triangle was great and the Itinerary was prepared very well by the agent Vandana of My Travel Calendar.But the support team totally disappointed with their miscommunication and cost us a day tour.
