It was amazing but personal feeling that cab driver n guide should be indian. Lunch on boat was very bad. Unexpected. Only pakoda n soup they r given At phi phi island for vegetarian. But overall was good. Tiger kingdom at pukhet. .

We had the most remarkable family tour with Peter Sommer Travels. Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our guides and our gulet crew truly cared about us, and did their best to make this trip memorable. For adults, we were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of our trip: from neolithic archaeological sites to medieval castles, from swimming to get obsidian to talks on board of our wonderful gulet, from ever-changing and filled with surprises meals offered on board to culinary experiences on the shore, every island and every new activity offered new experiences. Hotels in Bangkok and Phuket were amazing , Hotel in Krabi didn't provided the desired service and room , staff was rude. Secondly Travel agent cheated on Scuba Diving and Bangkok City Tour which was totally fake and waste of time and money. Had great memories in Phuket and Scenic beauty of Krabi was also amazing apart from above mentioned two Glitches..Please look into the same.

It was a memorable 7 days trip starting from Krabi -> Phuket -> Bangkok. Shafiq from A G Tours and travels was always available over phone whenever needed. Also, he was the one who customized the whole trip for us based on our need. Everything was going good except the second last day at Bangkok. We landed at airport, got picked by cab driver routinely and we reached to hotel mentioned in the itinerary. Surprisingly, the room at hotel was not booked for us . I called Shafiq and he fixed this mistake in about an hour. Over all, I would recommend TT and A G Tours and travel.

It was the first time I booked the package with travel triangle and the agent "Kingdom of Holdiays". Overall the trip was great. 1. The hotels were the best in Phuket, Krabi and Bangkok, but in Pattaya, it was worst. I wish the agent had recommended a better hotel there. 2. The private cabs which were allotted were good. 3. The itinerary was chosen by me and was executed by the agent well. 4. In Pattaya alone, a cab was not given as per the voucher. We faced so much difficulty in commuting. I wish the agent had recommended properly on this. 5. The agent had told me that there was no need to give island fee in 4 island tour and phi-phi tour, but in both places, I paid it. This was an extra expense. Apart from pattaya and island fee, everything went well. Thank you for an amazing trip "Travel Triangle" and "Kingdom of Holidays". Hope i get refund of island fee i paid.

Everything went well. The best hotel was given in phuket which is hotel Kalima resort and Hotel Movenpick bangkok and krabi resort was also very good . The cab service and sightseeing is very well and satisfied with foods on sight seeing service. overall experience is very good only one problem we faced is we missed flight at bangkok to phuket due to long queue on visa and due to that we had to pay the ticket fare.:( .But we are happy with the service :)

I had a very smooth experience booking my Thailand trip along with 7 of my family members. I really liked the speed and swiftness with which the entire process of booking happened as I had to plan it at a short notice. Abhijeet from Fireflies was very responsive, accommodative and yet professional. Sourav from Travel Triangle was also a phone call away, and guided me which was helpful. Overall very transparent way of booking a trip. Regarding my on the ground experience during the trip, I think Travel Triangle lost an opportunity to create customer delight. I had booked all 5 star hotels so I had expected 5-star facilities on each of the vouchers as well (and I wouldn't have mind paying extra if I was offered a choice). But at couple of places the services were not up to the standard. E.g. there were 3 categories in ship trip to phi phi island (Economy, Silver and Gold). My vouchers were for Economy. I had expected it to be at least Silver if not gold. The lunch arrangement at phi phi Island was very poor. There was no prior information to the restaurant about arranging Jain food (though I had made it clear while booking the trip). The place (Samosa Restaurant) where food was served was very dirty, no wash basin, soiled plates scattered on floor, no proper seating, no adequate fans, forget air conditioning. Secondly, the van provided to travel from Pattaya to Bangkok was an old one with in adequate air conditioning. Given it was hot, it was inconvenient as the van was with us for almost 6 hours that day as we had to do temple tours as well. The driver didn't know English at all so it was difficult to communicate. Finally, no prior information was provided to airlines about vegetarian or jain food preference. In fact, on the flight from Phuket to Bangkok, since there was no information to airlines, they had ONLY non-veg food to serve. Similarly, on the flight back from Bangkok to Mumbai they didn't arrange jain food. With 6 out of 8 passengers in our group preferring jain food, it was not a pleasant experience. In fact, I had communicated on the whatsapp group provided to me about food, but they didn't pay any heed. They mis-informed me that food choice is done at the time of web checkin, which I found was not the case. I went back to them but there was no response. Overall, since I had made it clear that everything had to be 5 star, travel triangle could have put in some extra efforts to take care of the above 3 things where I found them to be lacking. Since our hotels were all 5 star, we had an overall good experience. And thankfully all vans and pick ups came on time.

A very wonderful trip to Thailand planned by TravTree Holidays and especially by Reeti Verma. A perfect itinerary for a family trip to Phuket, Krabi , Pattaya and Bangkok . She has been very patient with us for the last 2 months. She planned everything as per our needs . We hate bayview resort at phi phi. We asked for four star hotel. It was just 3 star hotel plus we don’t like the ambience. Well organised.. Thanks. Last two days plan were in a confusion but managed. Could have arranged food for our day 6 (Phuket city tour)

One of the hotel was not upto expectation as room was very small. Other hotel was good but was expected to be sea facing whereas it was dump facing. Dolphin show and 4 island tour

Wonderful experience, I have booked holiday to Thailand for family of 4, this was 1st international experience and was awesome. Mr. Hemant of Ananta Travels was excellent in the entire journey right from booking till end of the Thailand tour. The coordinators in Thailand Khun Kae for Phuket and Jeab for Pattaya and were also well organised. The best part was the WhatsApp group created by coordinator for my travel where every information / help was provided. The family suite in Ramada was the Best. They have also provided additional sightseeing of 'Panyee Village', 'Big Buddha' Phuket and 'Train Market' of Bangkok which was not part of my itinerary. Ofcourse the Phi Phi Island beach was the best and the clear green water on island beach was excellent. And the Tawaen beach on the Coral island Pattaya wonderful experience with blueish green clear water.
