        Trip was good but hotels were not good enough. Also the hotel in krabi was in a very isolated place far from beach. The city tour was scheduled on first day, we confirmed with the driver for 3p.m but later they cancelled it for no reason.

        Thailand- September 2019 Our trip to Thailand was for a duration of 6 days. In order to plan for it, we thought of reaching out to Tripoholic. Gaurav, from their team was assigned to plan our itinerary for the trip. He was of great help from the very beginning. We were provided with a variety of options to choose from, based on our budget. This enabled us to get the best for the price we paid. Once we reached Thailand, everything, from the airport and resort transfers to the activities that were scheduled for us was arranged in an excellent manner. Gaurav was also always available over phone, making sure things were going well and to promptly respond to any of our queries or concerns. I would also like to give a special mention to our contact person in Thailand- Pum. She was very helpful in providing us all the information she had and also suggested us things to see and do in Thailand.         Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit

        To begin with, the services provided by Travel traingle were below average. 1. The vouchers were to reach 48 hours before the travel date. It reached on the day of our travel. 2. The Thai Airway flights were meant to be the Thai royal airways, instead we were given the subsidy version of Thai smile. Despite communicating the requirement, Travel traingle was not able to meet the basic request. 3. The agent failed to communicate that the Long island tours expect the travellers to get off the boat in the middle of nowhere in waist deep water. We had a kid with us. Wrong suggestion by the agent. The day was a waste of our time. We were rushed through all the islands. 4. Koh Samui resort had no functional spa wherein our request did mention that we needed one in our hotel. Also a confirmation was requested a couple of days prior to the travel day and we were informed that a spa exists, which did not. Betrayal again. 4. The resort given was on a beach which was not swimmable. Also was extremely far from the main attraction , Chaweng. We had to spend money on hiring cars and scooters. Travel traingle had mentioned that it's just half a kilometer away. Betrayal again. 5. The planning of flights were horrible. We spent 3 days of ten in just travelling and waiting up for our flights. 6. We weren't informed about exclusion of breakfast in one of our hotels. We were then informed that it wasn't mentioned in the voucher. Betrayal yet again. 7. Refund of 23000/- was promised to us which we are still awaiting. I'm glad I had my friends with me, because Travel Traingle and ASAP holidays didn't quite meet our expectations and shall never recommend to anyone else.
