      Overall exp was good. Few points, post sales support needs improvement. When the airline suddenly rescheduled the trip resulting loss of one day, the services seems to respond that this is the problem was airline no sort of assurance that it is being worked out. Also when the travel itinerary was shared it was based on the old schedule. Till the last minute followed up for the revision it did not happen. Due to this the pick up for air port was incorrectly arranged so had to request for rescheduling with local contact. Local contact needs to be more accessible. Places of visit was very good.

      All the people who were not Indians and I had to with deal were good, polite and responsive. Their is one Indian Mr Dharmesh in Pataya who was responsible for my travel is a difficult man to deal with and is a unwilling service provider. He carried out his part of duty with lots of if’s and but’s and kept me on tenterhooks. The lady agent (Pum) in Phuket is very good. Amari was the best hotel I stayed out of the three. My personal suggestion:- please do not include Indians who are settled to work for you. They are cunning , unwilling and act least responsibly. They also suffer from some kind of inferiority/ superiority complex. I go for my foreign trips twice a year and always suffered when dealing with Indians in foreign countries. It was a memorable trip.

      Everything was excellent but stay in Ayodhyaa hotel in Krabi was very poor in services instead of 5 star I will give 3 star. And in phuket due to driver delay and traffic one place is missed and using unusual talk. Rest everything is best

      It was a memorable 7 days trip starting from Krabi -> Phuket -> Bangkok. Shafiq from A G Tours and travels was always available over phone whenever needed. Also, he was the one who customized the whole trip for us based on our need. Everything was going good except the second last day at Bangkok. We landed at airport, got picked by cab driver routinely and we reached to hotel mentioned in the itinerary. Surprisingly, the room at hotel was not booked for us . I called Shafiq and he fixed this mistake in about an hour. Over all, I would recommend TT and A G Tours and travel.

      Haaris Shamim from TravelTriangle was utterly useless when I was facing an issue with ASAP Holidays having booked my Phi Phi islands trip on a day which I had not confirmed. Fortunately, ASAP holidays managed to resolve the issue. In addition, no one from ASAP holidays advised me to get at least silver class tickets from Sea Angel for the Phi Phi islands trip. Also, Samosa Express was the worst Indian restaurant I had seen in the whole trip. The bathroom did not even have running water and the food was miserable. I am very upset with TravelTriangle for having appointed such a useless Travel Agent like Haaris who wasn't even responding to his emails. I am happy with some aspects of ASAP holidays for their coordination but I'm upset with their "chaltha hai" attitude of fixing activities and not trying to suggest ferry seating upgrades or better restaurants to their clients during activities.

      booked Thai (Bangkok and Phuket) tour through travel triangle, the Whats App to which we were added 2 days before the tour was very responsive. Our tour was Airport in Delhi to Airport in Delhi. At Bangkok we had to wait almost for one hour for our pick up, similarly we had to wait for about 40 mts. at the phuket airport for our pickup. Other wise the tour was well managed.

      Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit
