Itinerary
Other Benefits (On Arrival)
A rapid start in Rajasthan
After you arrive in Jaipur, our representatives will be there to greet you and give you a lift to your hotel. Check-in, head up to your room, relieve your shoulders of your luggage and take a moment to freshen up if you’d like. After you’ve settled in and gotten comfortable for a bit, we head out into the city for some sightseeing for the rest of the day. The first sight that we shall see will be that of the Birla Temple. As the name suggests, the Birla Temple has been built by the renowned and wealthy Birla family of India and is one of many such Hindu shrines that they have built around the country. Next up on the day’s agenda is the Nahargarh Fort. The capital city of Jaipur is beautiful up close and it doesn’t lose any of its beauty even from further away, as will become clear when you take a look at its skyline from this Fort. The sunset in the background will only add to the beauty of this scene. The final stop of the day is at Chokhi Dhani. This place recreates the setting of a rural, traditional Rajasthani village, offering you authentic Rajasthani food, traditional performances, camel rides and much more for your delight. We make our way back to our hotel at the end of the day for an overnight stay in Jaipur.
Other Benefits (On Arrival)
Jaipur’s gigantic fortresses
The second day of the Pushkar sightseeing tour that we’re on shows us even more of Jaipur. Eat your breakfast and head out into the town once again as we learn of some of the historical monuments of the capital of Rajasthan. We shall get to do this in some style, too, as we take an elephant ride to the courtyard of the Amber Fort. After an educational walk around its massive halls, we make our way over to the Jaigarh Fort, which houses the world’s largest cannon on wheels. Interestingly, this Fort is connected to Amber Fort by way of some underground passages. The Hawa Mahal is next up on this tour around the city and its marvelous architecture is truly a sight to behold. The city tour ends with some jewelry shopping at Jaipur’s famous Jouhari Bazaar, before we head back to the hotel for an overnight stay here once again.
Other Benefits (On Arrival)
Rural hubs of religion
Start the day off with some breakfast, then check-out of your hotel in Jaipur as we make our way to other parts of Rajasthan on the third day of this tour. The Ajmer Sharif Dargah in the titular town of Ajmer, famous due to the fact that it is the final resting place for famed Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti is one of the stops on this day. The only other place we shall visit on this day is the town of Pushkar, specifically the Brahmaji Temple. After our visits to both of these places are done, we check-in to a hotel for an overnight stay.
Other Benefits (On Arrival)
Slowing things down
After breakfast, the fourth day of the Pushkar sightseeing tour takes us to the town of Ranthambore. It is a long way there, so there isn’t anything specific planned upon arrival, other than the standard procedure of checking into a hotel for an overnight stay.
Other Benefits (On Arrival)
The residents of Ranthambore
The slower pace of the previous day will make a lot of sense to you as, on the fifth day of this tour, we are going to be waking up bright and early so that we may have the best possible experience at the Ranthambore National Park. After getting to witness this region’s greenery and wildlife up close, we trek up to Ranthambore Fort, where you shall be able to look out over your surroundings. The day ends with a return to the hotel and an overnight stay in Ranthambore.
Other Benefits (On Arrival)
The return of a rested soul
Have some breakfast and check-out from your hotel on the tour’s sixth day, as we depart for home with some new memories.
