After having a relaxing breakfast, you shall be driven to Udaipur – one of the most royal and astonishing city of Rajasthan. Upon your arrival at Udaipur, you shall check-in at your hotel. Service of cab driver was outstanding ,He was very polite and well behaved Hotel Food and Breakfast was good But the room service was not up to the mark due to following reason : 1.The Bedsheet and Pillow cover was not replaced even after messaging several times in the reception 2 . Jaisalmer hotel was not that good At Udaipur although our booking was confirmed when we reached it was already alloted to somebody else and we were given far off hotel Morning breakfast at jodhpur and Udaipur was nice. It was our family trip . And it was a good experience of ours. Only the issue we had was with the driver that too the language barrier was there anyhow the driver was really very nice and cooperative but we don't know Hindi and so he can't understand what we are trying to say ,so most of the time we have to call our agent and ask him to translate. So, a suggestion from my end for the agent is only that specially for the South Indian travellers they can provide those driver so can understand the a little bit of English . Rest our agent was nice and very supportive throughout our trip.

The Trip is Good, The Mudgil Travel managed well. But the Cab driver is very lazy and always in hurry he is less interested to show places and wants to skip, This is my 3rd Trip to Udaipur so I was aware of all places and I need to instruct him about the places. Also, For additional 50 KM Distance of Ranakpur Driver says it's 100 KMs From KumbhalGarh, Actual Scanario is as follow: Distance Between Udaipur to Kumbhalgarh = 100 KM, Distance Between Kumbhalgarh to Ranakpur = 49 KMs, Distance Between Ranakpur to Udaipur = 90 KMs, So all over Only 50 KMs additional and for this 50 KMs they want 2000 INR initially and finally settled in 1000 INR which is 20 Rs/ KM. The Price which I paid, they easily provide me the 50 KMs as an complimentary, But I didn't want that, the point is, they don't care much on it and wants to fool customer and charge them double. Not Very Happy with the Service, also on checkout the Hotel Staff Not allowing me to go as the Mudgil Travel didn't Paid them for the Hotel, almost 30-40 Minutes I need to suffer on Receiption Desk and need to explain the whole scenario to management.
